10/10/2024: Locale di una volta, l’atmosfera è quella di un pub un po’ fermo nel tempo… di quelli di quando ero più giovane e sinceramente questo aspetto nostalgico sicuramente mi piace! Che dire : cortesia della titolare, panini giganteschi, ben fatti e con buoni e semplici ingredienti, birra buona… ma soprattutto ottimo il prezzo!!! Sempre più spesso ci sono locali dove si mangiano panini anche fin troppo ricercati… e che costano come un piatto al ristorante e per di più i panini spesso sono piccoli! Preferisco di gran lunga un panino di una paninoteca di un tempo!

30/03/2025: Everything excellent! I appreciated the courtesy, not only relating to good manners and kindness, but to the interest towards customers. A round of greetings from the owner, the waitress who apologized for the delay without us having to complain. So much so that if we understood the wait, which was absolutely justified, it was even nicer to share the reasons. Nice, fresh, excellent food. Bright and cheerful location.

28/12/2024: Shanti is now the trusted Indian restaurant when you want to spend little (even for dinner!) while enjoying traditional flavours. The restaurant is small and "rustic", offering fixed menus for lunch and dinner but with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Any appetizers to be added are also very reasonably priced. The owner is also very kind!

29/03/2025: Sconsigliato per chi vuole ascoltare la musica, rumoroso, chiassoso, piatti nella media. Dolci pessimi. Qualita' prezzo sconsigliato. A Milano e anche fuori Milano c'è di meglio!

24/03/2025: It would be nice to be able to talk about the food and atmosphere of a tavern. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes to get a bottle of water, 20 minutes to get a menu that DOES NOT REPORT ALLERGENS IN ANY WAY and it is impossible to talk to the staff who ignore the diners by disappearing into the kitchen without any orders or dishes to bring. Dining room staff called several times who stare at you and run away to the kitchen with more than half the seats empty. Extremely not recommended. EDIT: The owner called me to yell at me. Point 1: but is everything okay? Point 2: my girlfriend called the waiter's attention three times to find out the allergens and after looking at us he went into the kitchen for no reason. Point 3: asking for the menu several times and being ignored is a sign of rudeness. Point 4, to answer the phone calls: it is not reported anywhere where the allergen book is or if it is present in the place. There is nothing that points them out or invites the customer to understand.

23/03/2025: I was just writing a review when I read about the gentleman next door sitting at the table next to mine. I voluntarily witnessed the incident, as I was intrigued by the attitude and I have to deny everything. As soon as we sat down, the waitress immediately brought the water and shortly after, they got up and left hastily, without even giving notice. Given that the place was full and the timing of the Typical Cuisine is already demanding, if they were in a hurry they should have chosen the place to eat better. Having said what I wanted to be honest, our experience was very pleasant, with traditional Milanese dishes and splendid desserts.

13/04/2025: I had a superb experience! My mother came to visit and it was honestly really good! The waiter was fantastic, and the food came out very quickly. We shared two pizzas, they were really good! I'd come again for sure.

10/04/2025: Good food. Nice selection of tapas with some slightly particular dishes. For me personally it could be slightly tastier, but the quality is excellent. Pulpo cooked perfectly, congratulations. Friendly service, like a serious restaurant, perhaps an extra smile would be nice. Top environment. Spacious, and with many people but they are not noticeable at all. Clearly the focus is on quality over quantity. Excellent choice. Quality/price ratio 9/10. I will definitely come back to discover other dishes.

24/03/2025: Very delicious gelato! Would say the price is okay given what you get. Unfortunately it was sometimes tricky to understand the flavors since it is only Italian available and gelato not visible. But the staff did help out

10/03/2025: We found this place near the Peace Arch, it is reasonably priced 4.50 for 4 scoops. I wouldn't say it was the best ice cream we had in Milan, but it was good.

29/03/2025: It is a great olace to feel tge authentic gnocci al fritte, it was delicious. When we trued tge cold cut meats and its gnocci, the taster was super, with its various selection of parma ham, pard, salami etc, ot was the nice pairing with wine. The pasta was super and freshly made. It took us kore than 30 kinutes to get our pasta on the table, turns out it was fresh. Recommended, need to try the pkace if you are around the area. Tourist are rarely seen here.

17/03/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for almost 2 years now and it's always nice to go back for big family lunches. I recommend, very good food and very friendly staff.

09/03/2025: Cozy place characterized by the combination of ice cream shop, pastry shop and florist. The environment is well organized with a large menu and comfortable stations. The staff is available for explanations and the service is fast even if it is not easy to find a convenient parking space. Recommended!

31/03/2025: After waiting 10 min for dessert. They communicated it needed more time to defrost. Only after waiting 20 mins having asked where my sorbet was they told me it wasn't available and that the. Cannolo would be offered for free. They lied and made me pay, paying is fine but the dishonesty and bad service is not.

30/03/2025: I stopped here for a pizza while visiting the antiques market along the Naviglio Grande. Delicious pizza, as was the beer and the dessert, but I can't give it the highest score because I was served an undrinkable coffee 🫤
