The atmosphere here has changed in recent years. The interior redesign is successful and appears luxurious. However, the staff has lagged behind and shows only limited customer focus. Another luxury department store in Milan does this much better.

I came to buy an Emporio Armani bag. I was able to find the item I wanted in Milan, and I was impressed by the staff's service, making it a wonderful memory.

On March 25, 2026, around 5:30 PM, I had the opportunity to take my family to Emporio Armani Milano. The staff was very welcoming and kind, especially Mrs. Francesca, who was incredibly kind. What can I say? I was truly satisfied, both myself and the young people who were with me as tourists. In addition to having wonderful clothes, Emporio Armani Milano has a truly splendid interior compared to many other high-quality brand stores in the Duomo area. So, I recommend taking a look around and being welcomed by the wonderful staff, as they did with me, and asking for Mrs. Francesca.
