13/04/2025: Despite its not very Italian name, it is a real small Italian restaurant with a family atmosphere. The owner is a very nice couple, and while the order was being made, they treated us to some focaccia. The food is excellent, the service is kind. Don't miss the house wine (we drank white)...we asked for another liter of it! 😁 ) At the end, each adult received a glass of limoncello as a parting gift. I can only recommend this place!

13/04/2025: Amazing atmosphere, very nice and lovely owners, delicious food. You have to come here, sit down with some wine, eat e.g. lobster, and enjoy the atmospheric room and decor. I recommend.

02/04/2025: Love this place. You can taste real Srilankan food. Don’t expect fake and modified food. It is a traditional Srilankan restaurant. I am Sri Lankan living in Milan. So I know quite well about all the Srilankan restaurants in Milan. So go and try. It is a Family restaurant so clean and well maintained.

31/03/2025: It's been a lifetime since I tasted risotto of this level. The one with the osso buco was stellar. But what surprised me most was the classic Milanese cutlet. Must try. Very helpful and friendly staff, welcoming environment. Absolutely worth trying.

27/03/2025: A lot of great reviews here - so here is a different view. Punchline - the property lives off its grandeur and falls apart when it comes to the hard product. The property is historic, service is professional, very nice breakfast. The room I stayed in was old, outdated and uncomfortable. Main issues: overall the room was worn down, old carpets with stain, furniture (see pictures). My sleep wasn’t good because the AC was not functional (23 Celsius - too warm). There is no shower but only a bathtub which is difficult for anyone taller than 1.70m. Uncomfortable. The beds mattresses are very soft and also need replacement. All in all not what I would expect. I was not asked about my experience at checkout but when I brought it up the staff was very receptive to the feedback. Photos attached, hope this helps any traveler who puts an emphasis on room comfort.

28/02/2025: Being on holiday the place was recommended to me by a friend. I went to have a cocktail at the bar with my sister, and I was struck by the beauty of the place and the very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always very helpful, kind and attentive to detail, in particular Filippo and Federico who welcomed us and served us with the best service ever, very nice and professional. We will definitely be back next time!!

25/03/2025: Perfect! Excellent pizza, gnocchi, and fish. The desserts are delicious. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very pleasant. The setting is very pleasant.

05/04/2025: Dopo svariati tentativi, Finalmente siamo riusciti a cenare in questo ristorante, iniziando con due sautè misti di cozze e vongole, a seguire due spaghetti all'astice superlativi. Nonostante fossimo sazi, non potevo non prendere una frittura di calamari e gamberoni che avevo adocchiato entrando al ristorante, giusto per non sognarla la notte, da dire spettacolare. Una torta cioccolato all'olio d'oliva. Dulcis in fundo, offerto da loro una scaglia di pecorino rigorosamente Sardo scavato al tavolo direttamente dalla forma con dell'ottimo Mirto. Anche se sarà un impresa rocambolesca prenotare, farò di tutto per tornarci. Un grazie particolare a Cristian che ci ha accolti con simpatia, ed al resto dello staff cordiale e gentile.

10/04/2025: Returning after many years, the place has remained unchanged, the service was very courteous and professional. The quality of the dishes is good, pumpkin flan and sautéed rice are excellent, the others are average, also considering the price.

26/03/2025: If you like deep pan pizza, this place is perfect, the only flaw is that you can't book and the waits at dinner are long.

24/03/2025: "I'm going out to get a take-out pizza". I didn't think I could go home almost 2 hours after uttering that sentence. A bad night can always happen, I've been going to this pizzeria for 15 years and I know that you often have to wait and it's always worth it. However, I can't understand why a friend of the staff is let go ahead, who after about twenty minutes comes out happy with the pizza box, while I've already been waiting for almost an hour. 45 minutes between one take-out order and another. The icing on the cake? The box was broken at the bottom and the pizza oils ended up on my car seat. Honestly, I'll go back because the pizza is too good, but I pray and hope that something is done to avoid these waits, especially if "preferences" are then made in treatment.

22/03/2025: As a curry lover, we wanted to try a real Indian restaurant on the advice of a trusted person. The service is impeccable and the fact of having seen a table of Indian families had reassured me from the moment of the quality. Quality that actually proved to be excellent: exquisite samosa chaat as an appetizer, as well as the dal makhini with basmati on the side. Very generous portion, but never cloying. The masala accompanied by naan bread was also excellent. Despite the spiciness of the sauce, the flavors were not affected and were extremely enjoyable. Honorable mention for their mint sauce: it's out of this world! We will definitely be back!

Even with the recent restyling, the extraordinary quality of this place has not changed. And the meals? Always exceptional! See you soon!
