Returning to a place you treasure in your memories is always a risk, a gamble against time and the evolution of your palate. It had been years since I'd set foot in this place, and in my mind, the flavors had remained crystallized in an image of excellence that was hard to shake. And yet, sitting back at this table today left a melancholy aftertaste. It's not so much a question of technique—the pasta, in fact, is still the star, with an excellent texture and the crispness you expect from a masterfully crafted product—as of soul. It's the broth that has lost that punch, that "wow" effect that once made me close my eyes at the first sip. After exploring different places in Milan and, above all, after calibrating my expectations directly in Japan, my perspective has inevitably changed. What once seemed like a unique nectar now seems a bit dull, lacking the depth and layering of flavors that transform a simple soup into a memorable experience. It remains a decent product, but that sense of wonder I remembered seems to have evaporated under the blows of more daring and authentic comparisons.

The ramen noodles were too soft and I couldn't slurp them... But the atmosphere was nice, and the char siu was delicious! The fried chicken was good too! Maybe it's good for people living abroad...?

Excellent ramen, one of the few that makes the perfect soft-boiled egg. They also have a varied selection of soups and more. Friendly staff, a simple place, and in the winter you can eat outside thanks to their incredibly potent "mushrooms." We're loyal customers and return whenever we can.

The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The noodles are homemade and the dishes are delicious, all at a very reasonable price! I've been several times and I enjoy it every time. For vegetarians/vegans, I recommend the vegan ramen broth—it's absolutely amazing 🤰 There's a terrace, but it's not very big.
