Perfect welcome, it feels like returning to the home of fond friends or relatives in Sardinia. Very well-trained staff, they are true catering and communication professionals who love the work they do, and it shows: the place is always full of very satisfied people. Excellent quality of raw materials. Everything cooked and plated perfectly. Very generous portions. A detail worthy of note in my opinion: the water that is served is not a random water but the "Smeraldina" in a bottle, included among the luxury waters and recognized as the best bottled water on the planet at the 29th edition of the "Berkeley springs international water tasting" in the USA. They extract it 300 meters deep between the granite rock and the humid earth of Monti di Deu, the Mountain of God, a short distance from Tempio Pausania. For over thirty years it has been drunk in homes and restaurants in Sardinia, but also in the rest of Italy and the United States, England, France, Spain, China, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong. Domenica a pranzo. Personale molto simpatico e competente. Abbiamo preso presce, buonissimo e freschissimo. Anche pasta (sarda) e patatine (per una bambina) buone. Porzioni nella norma. Va bene. Prezzo standard per ristorante di pesce.
