12/03/2025: We went to Osteria Montegrappa for a reunion with friends and the experience was excellent. The environment is welcoming and familiar, with a pleasantly lively atmosphere but never excessively noisy, despite the room being full. The service is attentive, thoughtful and at the same time friendly. The dishes are prepared with care, with quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended!

04/04/2025: The staff is very attentive (though not the head chef), and this was indeed one of the most unique places I have ever dined. Ultimately, however, I realized that this type of experimental dining is not for me. The ingredients were of high quality and preparation was executed well, but there is a reason why classic food preparation is classic. Having dined at an equivalently ~250 euro dinner the night before I couldn’t help but compare the two experiences and came away feeling that that kind of money is much better spent on simply delicious food from a Michelin tasting menu that is focused wholeheartedly on flavor. If the food didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth, the alcoholic pairing option did — if I remember correctly the 6-drink pairing was around 68 euros. For that price you get 6 tastes of drinks— the pours are hardly more than the pours awaiting your nod of approval at other restaurants. I don’t need to get drunk to enjoy a meal; rather my complaint is that the pairing option is priced absurdly inappropriately relative to the quantity you receive. Other issues: I also thought it was inappropriate that they ask for a tip at the end, nowhere else have I seen that in Italy, let alone at a high-end establishment. The AI (Artificial Stupidity) theme didn't work for me. I really tried my best to buy into the theme, but given that I work in AI, I couldn't help but find the storyline cheesy. Overall, I struggled to come up with a rating for this one — on the one hand, this is an experience unlike any other I have had at a restaurant. It is like the exploratorium meets a tasting menu. On the other hand, I couldn’t help but be disappointed by the meal when the kind of money you spend here can afford absolutely stellar meals at a number of other places across Milan.

The service is quick - ideal for those with tight deadlines - but without sacrificing attention to the customer: you can sense the desire to welcome and pamper you, even in a business context. Account in line with the Milanese average. An address to keep in mind both for business lunches and for a gourmet break with a touch of warmth.

26/03/2025: Found just by chance, quality food and excellent workmanship. The menu is not excessive but it ranges between tasty and abundant first courses and expertly made second courses, furthermore the price is truly excellent. Quiet place and parking is easy to find.

04/04/2025: Locale piccolo ma ben curato e pulito . Il ragazzo che ci ha servito molto cordiale e abbastanza preparato sui piatti . Faccio una piccola premessa: Sono siciliano e nella mia memoria ho i sapori dei piatti che mi preparava mia mamma, per cui il confronto si basa su questo. Detto ciò ho trovato la parmigiana buonissima ma non come quello di mia mamma (lei la faceva meno liquida) Le sarde a beccafico buone ma mia mamma le faceva con un pizzico in più di aceto . Rigatoni alla norma superlativi, idem per le orecchiette con la salsiccia e purè le tagliatelle al ragù . Il tutto condito con un buon vino frizzante bianco. Per concludere cannolo e cannolo scomposto da leccarsi le dita. Prezzi adeguati per la qualità del cibo. Ci ritorneremo.

08/03/2025: Da italiana posso dire locale squisito, cibo buono e servizio completo. Non si paga il coperto e a termine pasto ci hanno offerto del limoncello. I prezzi sono conformi a quelli della città ma ne vale la pena, consigliato!!

25/03/2025: I go there for lunch twice a week. The place is very nice but small so you have to book in advance. In my opinion the food is really good! Genuine! I ate the best meatloaf ever! I often take it to take away and they are really fast and the service is excellent, super kind. Highly recommended!!!!

25/03/2025: The best pizza I've ever had! A very cozy restaurant with enough seats inside & outside. The staff is super friendly and courteous :) The restroom is also clean. My recommendation: Nori Pizza, super tasty!
