Typical, beautiful and well-kept place. The top waiter, very knowledgeable and kind. Smooth service. I didn't find a good value for money with really small portions not to mention practically no side dish. Asking seven euros for those desserts is truly excessive, very normal both in taste and presentation. Our table was wobbly, the waiter noticed it and told us he would straighten it out but at the end of dinner the table remained as it was. Too bad, a lapse in style. Then well, you look out the window and you're on the canals, everything is forgiven.

Had a nice meal there with friends, but wasn't as impressed as I had expected to be with the various meats. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.

The food, location and the service was amazing! The meet is delicious and the prices are fine for what you get. I‘d definitely recommend this restaurant to meat lovers!

A real treat for meat lovers! The restaurant offers a large selection of dishes. The pulled pork is delicious, with the meat literally melting in your mouth. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always friendly and attentive to customer needs. Without a doubt, this has become my favorite place to satisfy my barbecue craving. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good meat!

Siamo capitati per caso e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti pensavamo fosse la “solita” steak house invece sia i piatti che il servizio sono molto curati. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto. Carne e comtorni ottimi e cucinati molto bene. Servizio corretto nei tempi, preciso e cordiale. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio!

Abbiamo recentemente trascorso una serata con i nostri amici presso "The Brisket" e sono felice di confermare che si tratta di una vera e propria garanzia di qualità. Avevamo prenotato per le 20, siamo arrivati con qualche minuto di ritardo, ma il personale si è dimostrato accomodante e ci ha assegnato un tavolo all'interno su nostra richiesta. L'arredamento del locale trasuda eleganza, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. La musica di sottofondo ha contribuito a rendere l'ambiente davvero rilassante, perfetto per una serata in compagnia. La cena è iniziata con un entree che includeva una selezione di cicchetti, un cesto assortito di pane e grissini, e una deliziosa mousse di formaggio spalmabile aromatizzata alle erbe. Questi antipasti hanno messo subito l'acquolina in bocca, aprendo la strada a una serie di esperienze culinarie eccezionali. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo scelto di iniziare con le "Brisket Empanadas", ovvero panzerotti al forno ripieni di brisket. Non possiamo fare altro che confermare che sono una garanzia assoluta di bontà. Il ripieno era succulento e saporito, perfettamente equilibrato. Come portata principale, abbiamo optato per il piatto forte del locale: il "Brisket," la punta di petto di manzo affumicata cotta Slow & Low alla Texana. La carne si è letteralmente sciolta in bocca, e il sapore era semplicemente straordinario. Per accompagnare la carne, non potevamo rinunciare all'immancabile "coleslaw," l'insalata di cavolo rosso, che si è rivelata fresca e croccante, il complemento perfetto alla gustosa carne. Il personale del ristorante è stato professionale e attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, comprese le richieste di intolleranze alimentari. Il servizio ha contribuito a rendere la nostra serata ancora più piacevole. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, a nostro avviso, eccellente, con una spesa media di circa 35-40 euro a persona. Crediamo che questo prezzo sia adeguato alla qualità dei piatti serviti e all'esperienza complessiva offerta da "The Brisket." Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a gustare nuovamente le prelibatezze di questo ristorante. "The Brisket" sui Navigli a Milano è senza dubbio un luogo imperdibile per gli amanti della carne di alta qualità e delle esperienze culinarie straordinarie.
