26/05/2025: Pleasant location, excellent quality, efficient service. Be careful to stay in the small room... the neighbors at the table can be noisy!! Excellent carbonara (al dente although not exactly Roman style), and delicate salmon trout tartare. Excellent quality ingredients. Worth mentioning is an excellent house red wine. More than acceptable quality/price ratio. So recommended place. Better to book since the place is not big.

14/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, suitable for both a business lunch and a more formal or elegant meal. The food is particularly good and the offer ranges from more classic dishes to more sophisticated proposals. The waiters are very kind and efficient. I was there for a work break and the service was very fast, but still punctual and of a good standard. The portions are abundant and substantial. Reservations are required.

13/05/2025: This is the second time we've had the opportunity to dine at PRIMÈ. The food is excellent, and the waiters are exceptionally kind and professional.

21/05/2025: We were a couple and had a great time. I recommend the marrow as an appetizer served with crostini and entrana. Relaxed service, they don't rush you at all, which is rare nowadays for Milan on a Saturday night. High quality meat. Nothing to say, excellent restaurant

16/05/2025: The pasta was truly delicious, well-cooked and so flavorful! Being able to choose two types of pasta on one plate is great! The pistachio pesto pasta is definitely a must-try! The spicy olive pasta and the carbonara were very good, but something was missing... One small drawback: the carbonara was a little too salty in some bites.

The chef deserves a standing ovation: each dish is thoughtful, balanced, with combinations that tell of technique, passion and identity. In the dining room, the service is on par with the cuisine: professional, attentive but never intrusive, with a courtesy that makes you feel like a real guest and not just a customer. This restaurant leaves its mark and best represents what catering should be today. Well done, really!

19/05/2025: This is the third time I've been back because it's really worth it! From sweet to savory there's a wide choice! Whether for breakfast, a snack or lunch! Everything is truly delicious and it's not a given since gluten-free food often looks good but then the taste leaves much to be desired! With 3 out of 4 celiacs in the house I'd say they really appreciate everything you find at Officina Zero! Top service and also the kindness! We went today for lunch and it was quite full but he still managed to find a place for us to eat! Very kind!

03/06/2025: We had lunch here before catching a bus to the airport at the central station. It’s only about a 5-minute walk. The food was fantastic, the best we had in Milan! The prices are quite reasonable, and the service is excellent. They were so nice to accommodate us as we showed up a bit early. The owner even came out and chatted with us. Highly recommended!

19/04/2025: A true Milanese idyll! We went with friends to discover the city of Milan. For our first evening, after a stroll on the canal and on the advice of a friend, we opted for this authentic Italian restaurant. A generous pizza, a delicious desert and as a bonus, a free glass of limoncello! All for a very reasonable price. I recommend!
