07/07/2026: I had a great time at Il Carminio. The food was definitely the highlight. Our waiter recommended a cold meaty dish that was to die for. Very unusual flavors that went very well together (see attached picture). The ambiance was also amazing. It’s about a block from the hustle and bustle of Brera in a very quiet street. The decor is elegant without being imposing. The service was efficient and friendly…the guy was very helpful in recommending a dish. All and all totally worth it.

21/05/2026: Very nice place, the staff is kind and welcoming. In my opinion, there are some dishes that are really well cooked, and others that need a bit more attention. The raw scampi and shrimp and the fregola are among the best! The mixed cooked antipasto also surprised us.

A special thanks goes to the manager: simply divine! Always present, attentive, and smiling, she made the evening even more enjoyable. The dishes were a true discovery: each course had its own identity, with balanced, delicate, and perfectly crafted flavors. The wine pairings were sublime and enhanced every single bite. You could sense passion, research, and attention to detail in every detail. It was a truly astonishing gastronomic experience that we will fondly remember. Congratulations to the entire staff! 09/06/2026: The gentleman who made our gelato was incredibly friendly!! And the gelato tasted delicious 🍦 It has a rustic atmosphere, slightly off-center from the tourist hotspots. You need to climb two flights of stairs from the pedestrian street to get there.

02/06/2026: It's a shame that the somewhat cramped and limited space of the restaurant spoils the enjoyment of the classy and never banal food: the steamed eggplant is a real scream, a century-old egg with a rare balance of flavor and poise, and finger-licking fried pork (the fried chicken, a little less so). The noodles are tasty and full-bodied. Impeccable service.

08/07/2026: A truly memorable evening at this restaurant on Viale Gran Sasso. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, and you can immediately sense the meticulous attention to detail, from the freshness of the fish to the choice of vegetables. Every course served was a feast for the eyes and the palate. I particularly enjoyed the fish dish accompanied by black olives and potatoes, a delicate and balanced combination of flavors that demonstrates great culinary mastery. I will definitely return to discover other offerings.

Very well-kept interior space, fantastic exterior, trained and attentive staff in the gym, pool, and other areas. Many activities are available, including for children, both indoors and outdoors. Excellent restaurant area. Comfortable and high-quality meeting rooms. Numerous beautiful tennis courts. State-of-the-art padel courts. Overall, there's a great atmosphere.
