The food is amazing, the chef is incredibly kind and explains everything, she is also aware of what being celiac means. The meals are prepared with professionalism, love and passion, and you can tell this by the quality as well. The price is more than reasonable for this quality of food and service, this was a five-star experience. Grazie!

A truly excellent vegan restaurant, with carefully prepared and delicious dishes. The mezze maniche cacio e pepe (vegetarian) with truffle is highly recommended. The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and very down-to-earth, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. I recommend making a reservation. The only drawback: the wait is quite long between courses. Overall, however, it's definitely worth it.

A vegan restaurant that fully satisfies omnivores.
A carefully designed menu with varied and interesting options, both for appetizers and main courses.
We ordered the dried vegetable crackers with avocado and sesame sauce, the chickpea balls, the grass pea croquettes, and the azuki burger with a whole-wheat spelt and kamut bun. Honorable mention goes to the wide selection of desserts, homemade without soy cream but with coconut milk and other natural ingredients. Here, we chose the pear and chocolate cake and the cocoa and raspberry cheesecake (delicious).
We will definitely be back to try the vegan cheese tasting.
The service was very friendly and attentive, despite the large number of customers.

There are places that don't just serve food, they tell stories. Last night, my fiancée and I discovered a corner of Milan where vegan cuisine meets art. We were enchanted by the almost sartorial attention to detail dedicated to each course and the complexity of the flavors, culminating in desserts that would be an understatement.
Hearing the owner describe with such dedication the research and soul behind every ingredient was the added bonus of a perfect evening. When expertise meets heart, this is the result. We'll be back soon!

Not exaggerating when I say this is possibly the best vegan food I’ve eaten.
I LOVE truffle, but it’s usually paired with cheese so I hardly ever get to eat it. The calco e Pepe was SO creamy and delicious I can’t believe it was plant based!
If you’re vegan (or even if you aren’t!) and find yourself in Milan, I recommend making a reservation here! Definitely worth every penny!!

I wanted to try La Colubrina three times before leaving a review, to get a complete and varied overview of its menu (vegan, let's be clear) and to overcome the "first-time enthusiasm" syndrome that often plagues me. Not surprisingly (given the consistently high quality of the offerings), the third time was actually the most exciting. So I can confidently say that La Colubrina is an exceptional restaurant. The vegan menu is very varied and so far the best I've tried in Milan, far from the obsession with storytelling of some of its competitors and certainly suitable for omnivores as well, thanks to the intensity of the flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention to detail. I've tried different dishes each time, both winter and summer, and have always been amazed and satisfied. The wine list also lives up to the culinary offerings. Finally, a note on Chef Consuelo, who is not only brilliant at preparing the dishes but also an excellent hostess, extremely kind but devoid of the excessive ceremony that often comes across as cloying and a bit stagey in establishments of this type. Needless to say, I'll be back. Often.

Excellent vegan restaurant in Porta Venezia. I appreciate the kitchen's exploration of less traditional ingredients and flavors, especially the cheeses. The prices, however, are a bit high; €9.50 for dessert seems excessive.
