Amazing service. Came in during rush lunch hour and the hostess was very attentive to ensure that I get seated.
The Beef tendon was refreshing. Its an acquired taste with gelatinous texture.
The risotto ossbus was packed with flavor! The meat was also tender.
Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would come back again if im in the area.

I highly recommend Taiwanese people try the Milanese risotto here! It's delicious and served piping hot! It's definitely one of the most recommended restaurants of this trip!

We wanted to eat something typical Italian, and we found the perfect place. The food was homemade and delicious, and the portions were generous. Even though it was full, the service was quick. I highly recommend the mushroom risotto; it was amazing, as were the ragu and the meatballs! We ate downstairs in a small cellar-like area, and despite the 38-degree heat outside, it was lovely inside.

Located in the Navigli area, it's a very nice place with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The service is attentive and attentive, and prices are in line with the competition. The only downside is the mediocre cuisine, especially the saffron-based products: the saffron mayonnaise has a completely overpowering flavor, and the risotto, in my opinion, is almost inedible, with a bitter taste due to the excessive use of saffron, probably powdered, and a lackluster creaminess. As for the other dishes, the fried foods are very well done and not at all greasy, the cutlet is good but the breading comes off the meat, the sorbet is completely frozen, and the braised meat is passable (but the strong acidity needs to be balanced out). The cantucci biscuits at the end of the meal are very good.

Wow, wow, wow! What an incredible surprise. I can't recommend this restaurant enough! We stumbled upon this gem and it turned out to be a highlight of our trip. The ambiance is charming and really captures the real taste of Milan.
The service was impressive from start to finish, but a special thank you to our charming waitress. She took the time to speak Spanish with us, which made the experience even more personal, and her suggestions were spot-on. We started with the mondeghili, and wow, the creamy mayo with lime and saffron was an exquisite combination. Then we moved on to the Ossobuco with risotto and the Fungi risotto with bone marrow, both spectacular. We also tried the lasagna and the massive, savory Cotoletta; we didn't regret a single bite.
The cherry on top? The Tiramisu. Honestly, it was the best I have ever tried. An absolute must-visit!

If there's one restaurant where I truly felt the Milanese tradition, it was at Osteria Milanese OSSBUS. I was looking for an authentic place to try typical Milanese cuisine and I found much more than just a restaurant: I found a space where tradition, good food, and hospitality come together almost perfectly.
As soon as I entered, I immediately felt the characteristic atmosphere of the old Milanese osterias. The restaurant has a classic and welcoming decor, with old photographs, traditional objects, and countless details that evoke old Milan. There's no feeling of artificiality or of a restaurant designed only for tourists. On the contrary, you feel a great concern for preserving the identity of Milanese gastronomy and culture.
The staff was extremely friendly from the first moment. The service was always relaxed, quick, and attentive, making us feel at home without ever being too formal. They were always willing to explain the dishes, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. It's one of those restaurants where the staff exude good cheer and make the meal even more enjoyable.
I chose the famous Costoletta di Vitello and it was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions of the trip. The meat was golden brown on the outside, with a perfect, extremely crispy breading, while the inside remained incredibly succulent and tender. Each bite confirmed why this is one of Milan's most emblematic dishes. It wasn't just a breaded cutlet; it was a dish prepared with respect for tradition and quality ingredients.
The potatoes that accompanied the meat were equally excellent: golden, well-baked, and with a homemade flavor that perfectly complemented the cutlet.
To accompany the meal, I chose a Spritz, served in just the right amount and very balanced, making lunch even more enjoyable.
Another aspect that deserves highlighting is the atmosphere. The restaurant manages to be lively without being noisy. You can hear conversations, laughter, and feel that typical atmosphere of a true Italian osteria, where families, couples, and groups of friends gather to enjoy the food without haste. It's a place where you want to linger at the table after your meal, simply absorbing the entire atmosphere.
I also found the quality-price ratio very fair. Considering the quality of the food, the portion sizes, the service, and the overall experience, I felt every euro was well spent.
Osteria Milanese OSSBUS managed to show me what I was looking for when I visited Milan: traditional food prepared with passion, an atmosphere full of history, and service that makes any customer feel welcome. It's one of those restaurants that impresses not only with its main course but with the complete experience. Without a doubt, a place I would return to on a future visit to Milan to once again savor true Milanese cuisine.

Best food i’ve tried in Milano by far. MAKE SURE to try the horse tartare, it is the best dish I’ve had in over a month in Italy. The cutlet milanese was also phenomenal! Tiramisu was amazing, and they give a complementary lemonchello. Staff is very nice, but not quite as nice as the horse tartare!

If I could give 6, I would give it a 6. Luganega risotto and breaded brain deserve a 7. The wine by the glass that they served went perfectly with the meal. Smiling and kind people serve food in a very homely atmosphere. I'll be back soon.
