Historic restaurant that never belies its (high) level, we all ate very well, not one dish that was not appreciated, the moorland is a guarantee. Unfortunately we weren't able to have an aperitif in the beautiful and well-stocked cellar, it will be for next time. Always a very refined environment with professional, attentive and friendly wait staff. Five stars guaranteed on everything.

I'm not exaggerating, but today for lunch I ate the best Carbonara of my life. Guys congratulations to the Chef. At the table I was about to cry with goodness.
This was a variant with Patanegra, porcini mushrooms, caviar and truffle. Off the charts!

Posto splendido, molto accogliente soprattutto la zona per l'incredibile aperitivo con ottima selezione di prodotti. Pazzesca la cantina con vini inavvicinabili tenuti sotto chiave.

Excellent Italian cuisine restaurant. There is the availability to have, before the meal, a rich aperitif in their cellar. Cured meats and cheeses cut on the spot with artisanal products. The wine list is rich.
Trained and attentive staff. In addition to the à la carte menu, there is always a tasting menu that changes according to seasonality. Price in line with the quality.

A TOP TOP special lunch break.
Stunning place, the location is spectacular, the wine cellar is something indescribable, the food is excellent, the first courses... the meat and the dessert, all excellent, the staff are well-prepared and very kind, a truly excellent place, I can't say anything about the price because it was offered to us lunch with our director....but whatever the amount, it's worth it

There are restaurants that simply seem too good (and good) to be true. La Moor is among these.
If you are lucky enough to book and find a place for dinner, be sure to stop in the splendid and well-stocked cellar for an aperitif before dinner. Among refined labels, you will be able to taste delicious cured meats, cheeses and vegetables in oil with delicate and recognizable flavours. I recommend choosing one of the labels to also accompany dinner, even if a detailed list will also be brought to the table.
The dishes enjoyed at dinner stood out for their imagination and flavours, from the appetizer with fried focaccia to the desserts.
La Brughiera is a restaurant included in the Michelin Guide.
An experience to try at least once, especially for some special event.

Really nice place, wonderful atmosphere, great food and quality wine. Wonderful cellar both to visit and to use for the first glass of wine of the evening accompanied by cured meats. Exceptional amarone risotto

Consiglio di iniziare con l’aperitivo nella ricchissima cantina dove potreste gustare un ampissima scelta di formaggi, affettati e verdure sott’olio tutto di elevatissima qualità e con un ampia scelta di vini in un ambiente particolare ed accogliente.
Molto varia anche la carta. Ci sono stato spesso e questa volta ho provato il Menù degustazione “Carciofo”.
Memorabili i Tonnarelli cacio pepe carciofi, guanciale di patanegra. Ottimo il Carciofo arrostito con crema di patate e liquirizia e fonduta al taleggio. Interessante il Dolce con Creme caramel al cynar, carciofi caramellati e lampone crispy.
Personale molto gentile e competente, locale elegante, ampia la scelta di vini; tutto al top. Bravi
