03/11/2025: We had the most wonderful dinner at this family-run Italian restaurant — truly a hidden gem. The amazing service and the cozy atmosphere made the whole experience unforgettable. The food was exceptional from start to finish. The pistachio pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, the duck breast was tender and full of flavour and the slow-cooked beef simply melted in the mouth. For dessert, the apple cake with mousse was the perfect ending — light, fragrant, and beautifully presented. We left feeling completely satisfied and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Italian food served with genuine hospitality!

21/10/2025: An excellent Brazilian churrascaria, Pampas Brasil is located in the heart of Como. The restaurant is cheerful, decorated in vibrant colors in pure Carioca style, yet intimate and decidedly convivial, thanks to the lively, cheerful atmosphere that encourages relaxation and conversation. The restaurant offers a single fixed-price menu, which includes appetizers and side dishes, as well as the "rodizio," where the staff serves a wide variety of grilled meats directly to the table, cooked to order until each diner's card is turned green. Desserts and drinks are not included. From the appetizers featuring classic pão de queijo (cheese-filled rolls), white basmati rice, feijoada, and salpicão (a pulled chicken salad), to the delicious assorted coxinhas de frango and kibe meatballs, plantains, and fried polenta with accompanying sauces and vegetables, everything is meticulously prepared, including the impeccable, attentive, and courteous service. The signature dish is undoubtedly the rodizio, where the meat, still steaming hot and perfectly cooked (or raw, like the beef and chimichurri bites, smoked "expressly" right at the table), is served from long skewers and sliced ​​on the spot. From the classic picanha to the less common coração de frango, everything is truly excellent! Calling it an "all-you-can-eat" is an understatement, because Pampas is so much more: a casual setting where you can enjoy a pleasant chat and top-quality food and drinks (try the lime Caipiroska, truly delicious!). We'll definitely be back, perhaps with friends to spend an evening together!

It has become my go-to accommodation in Como from now on, and I highly recommend it.
