Great, authentic place! This is not some tourist trap, but a real, local pizzeria where mostly locals eat. We dropped in for a pizza and pasta – both were incredibly tasty and fresh! On top of that, the owner turned out to be a super friendly guy; he welcomed us with a complimentary starter, and at the end, we even got a free dessert. It was great, full of character, and delicious. Highly recommended!

09/08/2026: We celebrated my wife's birthday. The decor is a bit minor and a bit casual for a restaurant of such a high standard, but the food and service are wonderful! We had the Manifesto lungo tasting menu, in which the chef returns to twelve dishes from the restaurant's ten years of existence, in a renewed and up-to-date execution. The chef is bold, and plays with molecular cuisine on a wide range of flavors, with each dish an adventure for your smile. In total, Billy and 3 and a half hours in the restaurant were a fine and fascinating gastronomic journey. Highly recommended
08/08/2026: As I've done on other occasions, I went with colleagues to the Materia restaurant for a business lunch (€25). A very attractive price for a refined and original offering. The location is elegant but windowless, which I don't particularly like. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff always make me happy to return.
