20/08/2024: The food we ate here was really delicious, the trip is definitely worth it! The prices are justified, we would have liked to order half the menu :) Only the waiters were not very attentive.

16/08/2024: An excellent crotto, exceptional local cuisine, I had lunch with some foreign friends yesterday, a rainy Sunday in July. We stumbled upon it by chance, took a look at the reviews and went for it. After a tasty farmer's appetizer with cheeses much appreciated by my Estonian friends, I had ossobuco with polenta, a friend of mine had braised meat with polenta and another friend had pizzoccheri. My dish was nothing short of excellent, my Estonian friends were amazed by the high quality of the continental Italian mountain cuisine. I would happily go back if I was in the area. The view attached is excellent with a panorama of the valley and the lake at the end.

30/07/2024: It was an experience, the wines were lovely and the food was beautiful. The area is stunning, and it was a lovely evening. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is we would have liked to have had more information on the wines we had purchased.

21/07/2024: Nice spot I’d heard loads about with rave reviews, left me in total disappointment. The wine flight was fine, but there weren’t many local wines and the server didn’t seem interested in offering details or selections to include on the tasting board. I also got the charcuterie plate which was good, nice variety of snacks. But then it seems as though I was forgotten about in preference to a larger party (the only other people there). It took me standing up after waiting nearly half an hour to get someone’s attention and at that point I just decided to pay and leave. What a shame… it would have been nice to discuss the wines more in depth and perhaps purchased some bottles to take home with me but I guess my single-person money was not as good as everyone else’s. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the service at all. They just don’t care… go if you’re looking for the instagram photos and somewhere to drink, but don’t bother if you’re actually into wine and looking for a more all around experience. Really a shame.

10/08/2024: Cocktail spettacolari accompagnati da un servizio eccellente, locale accogliente, professionalità e ampia scelta di cocktails. Non c’è un menù ma non si rimane delusi. Abbiamo pagato 14€ a testa. Consigliatissimo!

Not only does it boast exceptional coffee, but the pastries are simply divine. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a creamy cappuccino, you're sure to be impressed. I especially enjoyed the cappuccino . To complement my coffee, I indulged in a flaky, buttery croissant. It was perfectly cooked, with a crisp exterior and a tender, buttery interior. It's one of the best croissants I've had in a long time. If you're looking for a cozy atmosphere and delicious food, I highly recommend giving this coffee shop a try.

16/08/2024: Considering it's a bar, the pizza is really, really good! We also ate a salad that consisted of lamb's lettuce, tomatoes and burrata and was very fresh. Unfortunately, the seats are very narrow and you bump into people everywhere, which bothered us a bit. Otherwise really nice bar with surprisingly good food!

04/08/2024: Compared to years ago, this place has grown so much, so much so that it has become one of my favorite places: not only are the service and prices perfect but the food is also good. The place is very nice, and also quiet. We are in a nice group of people and it is our weekend meeting place, especially the aperitif is highly recommended. With a few euros per person you will leave happy and with a full belly. Recommended combo: pinsa diavola + prosecco

18/08/2024: Locale ricavato all'interno di un "crott", molto bello, con una piacevole atmosfera conviviale e un'ottima cucina. Il menù propone pochi piatti, ma realizzati con cura e con ingredienti tutti della zona, a km zero. I pizzoccheri in particolare per me sono da 10 e lode, ottimi anche gli spaghetti alla chitarra al ragù di lago e il coniglio porchettato. Prezzi onesti. Abbiamo anche avuto occasione di scambiare due parole con lo chef, persona molto amichevole, da cui si capisce la passione per la propria cucina e per i prodotti del territorio. Posto da preservare, un piccolo gioiello di bontà culinaria nascosto tra i 2 bracci del lago di Como, fuori dalle rotte turistiche. Complimenti, continuate così. Consigliatissimo.

07/08/2024: A REAL GEM! We had lunch in this crotto almost by chance, and as often happens in these cases, it was a really nice surprise! The place is very well looked after and managed by Luca, who carefully told us about his cuisine, which is simply sublime! The dishes are made with care and attention, with excellent and 0 km raw materials, and are the exact expression of the expectations we had when they were presented to us. In short, you can see that there is real passion in everything that is proposed! Compliments!!

19/08/2024: Very pleasant experience with excellent raw materials. Young and attentive staff. The charcoal flour dumplings were delicious. The only flaw was that the tigelline were dry but you will surely improve because you were really good! When you eat well you leave with a smile. Thank you!

20/08/2024: A villa worth the detour! Both for its garden and its interior. The history of the owners is very interesting and the view is breathtaking. Don’t hesitate to ask about special rates because as a student we paid less!

19/08/2024: Amazing, much better than Villa del Balbianello. More affordable, less crowded, no queue, and a beautiful Villa and garden. I 100% recommend visiting, if you are visiting lake Como. I felt sad for the little turtles which were in the sun all day, so I went to complain to the receptionist but sadly no one cared… I hope the turtles will survive the hot sun.
