22/02/2026: Everything was perfect! Excellent appetizers with quality cured meats and cheeses. Excellent first courses. The grilled meat was incredibly tender. The chef's homemade desserts were delicious. Discreet and punctual service. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The price was reasonable for the dishes we ate. We'll definitely be back.

09/02/2026: I must say that any comment here is superfluous. Alex is always impeccable as a host, cook, and guide. My caxouela was sublime... equal to the ancient tradition... even those who haven't made this choice have nothing but excellent comments!

25/01/2026: On Saturday, I had lunch at this trattoria for the first time. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food, beautifully served, especially the cazzuola, which was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this trattoria.

18/02/2026: This hotel is like an old lady who still like…HAS it! You know? In Sweden we have Lill-Babs - an artist who unfortunately passed away the other year. But she was similar in all the good ways. Playful and flirty! Graceful. Some kind of dirty dignity- I don’t know. Call it what you want. Well. I miss her. This hotel I don’t need to make fantasies about - I can book a room easy. I have the money.

26/10/2025: We visited this wonderful cafe three different times in our 4 day visit. They have excellent snacks, coffee and drinks no matter what time you need a pick me up. Matteo, the owner, is awesome and gave us fantastic recommendations for other restaurants in Como and even made a reservation for us! If we get the chance, we’ll be back again!

14/03/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant. All the waiters are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the wines available on the shelves that adorn the restaurant's main hall (ask for a recommendation and you'll receive a lesson!). The food is excellent, and each dish perfectly serves one person. The tiramisu for dessert is the perfect ending to the meal. And before paying the bill, order an espresso to finish. On your way out, don't forget to greet your group with the traditional "Semm Cumasch!".

The hospitality, food, and atmosphere have always been the best, and continue to be so. We ate truly well: carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with great attention to the quality of the ingredients. Every course was a pleasant surprise, from appetizer to dessert. The staff is definitely a great asset: young, dynamic, and attentive, always smiling and ready to satisfy every request with professionalism and courtesy. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for spending an evening with friends. An absolutely positive experience that I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back! 💥💥✨

14/02/2026: Our friend Marco invited us to lunch at this beautiful trattoria. A wonderful experience, excellent food, impeccable service, and impeccable location. I recommend the risotto with perch, their specialty, as well as the appetizers and delicious desserts. The meringue with ice cream, cream, and hot chocolate is superb. Compliments to the entire staff. Unfortunately, for me, since I live in Turin, it's not exactly around the corner, but if I have another opportunity, I'll be happy to return.

15/03/2026: Rich, seasonal menu, fresh ingredients, and overall delicious, hearty dishes. (Pictured: mixed antipasto and artichoke and bacon tagliatelle.) The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, with friendly service. The terrace is charming, but will be open in the warmer months.

02/03/2026: A warm and welcoming trattoria by name, but in reality, the dishes are very refined and beautifully plated. The food is truly excellent; you can taste the quality of the ingredients, with unique combinations that make you want to try everything. A little place that, once you've discovered it, is hard to forget. Highly recommended.

21/10/2025: Simply extraordinary! In addition to offering spectacular gelato, this gelateria also offers a wide selection for those who are lactose intolerant or follow a vegan diet. Raffaella is the true point of reference for this place; her kindness, helpfulness, and attention to customer service truly make the difference. A unique place, highly recommended!

04/03/2026: When traveling, especially abroad, and you find your perfect neighborhood place, it feels like home. While in Argegno for several days, Bar Motta became our regular. From cappuccinos in the morning to appertivo time in the afternoon, we felt ourselves drawn to this little gem! The staff were friendly and gracious and we happy to suggest local wines and provided exceptional service. We will truly miss this place when we go home!

19/11/2025: We spent one night nearby in Menaggio. The hotel recommended this restaurant to us. We were also allowed to use the shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off to/from the hotel) free of charge. So we treated ourselves to two fantastic, different set menus, including drinks. It was a feast! There's nothing more to say – simply delicious. Right at the beginning, even before ordering, we were served fresh, warm bread straight from the oven. After dessert, we were presented with a whole bottle each of Thymicello and the house Amaro! We could drink as much as we wanted – free of charge. Seriously – where else do you find that? It's incredible. And yes, you can't drink the whole bottle – obviously, but that's not the point. The gesture and the trust shown are amazing! The service was also very friendly, efficient, and attentive, just like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! It couldn't have been better, and it didn't need to be. A definite recommendation.

30/10/2025: Passing through with friends, we enjoyed this restaurant and ordered the tasting menu, which was very generous. We had a wonderful meal; the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the view of the lake was lovely. We highly recommend it.
