10/08/2025: The friendliest service ever. We had to wait around 5 minutes, but we were rewarded by hot croissants and absolutely delicious cappuccino. Thanks a lot to the amazing team - we will definitely stop here again.

12/02/2026: Absolutely stunning views from arrival to departure, I had a corner suite which had views from the front and the side of the room. Since the view was important to me this hotel did not disappoint in any way. The downside is how very small the rooms are and the structure allows noise to carry. People walking outside the door and the noise from the room above could not be overlooked. The bathroom was very dark although a very good use of space especially since it was so small. The food was disappointing from everything I had read so I had an expectation. The breakfast service was very good and again, great views of the lake. If the room size and food are not important then this hotel is perfect.

09/09/2025: Amazing, simply amazing. The baked goods from this place made our stay in Como and our return home even more pleasant. The service was very friendly and the products were delicious. They're so good they sell out quickly, so you have to arrive early to enjoy a wide selection of delicacies.

17/03/2026: A very cozy and authentic place. They have an amazing selection of pizzas - it was hard for me to pick just one :) . I had the Nathalie pizza. It was incredible! I don't think I'll ever forget it.

10/03/2026: Wide selection of gourmet pizzas, and therefore quite expensive. The pizzas are good; I really enjoyed my Harmony, even though the crust was slightly burned, while my wife found the ricotta on her pizza unpleasant (sour), so much so that she discarded it. The gluten-free pizza was too dry and biscuity. We're not entirely satisfied with the service; it was Saturday night, but 20 minutes before we could order and 20 minutes for five pizzas is perhaps a bit long, considering that people who arrived later were served before us. Not to mention the guy, perhaps his first time there, who almost spilled my beer and cleared the table while a fellow diner still had a slice of pizza in his hand. In conclusion, the pizzas are good, but the service could be improved.

30/03/2026: The place is very nice and elegant inside. It also has a few tables outside. We ate well and the portions were generous.

02/01/2026: Are they decreasing at all the pizzerias? Is it possible that they all reduced the pizza prices and increased the prices. My salary hasn't increased, on the contrary 🤦. Anyway, the pizza isn't bad, but I've had others in the past, but now it's a bit worse.

19/10/2025: The place is nice and quiet, the waiters are very respectful Lebanese, and the food is impeccable. I highly recommend it, I've been there twice and each time is better than the last.

19/10/2025: Saturday evening dinner. Almost two hours of waiting for our dishes. Dry meat. Left to our own devices. Nonexistent service. Despite the fairly positive reviews, we felt like a makeshift place with insufficient and poorly trained staff, though still absolutely courteous. Too bad, the nearly 50 km drive to try the restaurant wasn't worth it, and it made a bad impression on my guests.

10/03/2026: They don't accept debit card payments for bus passes even though they're required to, and in the end, the customer loses out by not being able to get a refund on their 730 tax return. Rather, eliminate the service if you can't afford the bank fees.
