This was our second visit – unfortunately, it will probably be our last. Our first visit was positive, but this time we were disappointed. Charging an additional €50 per person for spa access on top of an overnight price of over €200 felt exorbitant. We expected more from a resort of this caliber. Dinner also failed to impress. The Angus burger sounded promising but was a letdown: the meat was coarsely chopped, lumpy, and anything but tender. It simply wasn't worth the price. We were particularly disappointed with how our feedback was handled. We politely informed the staff that the food didn't meet our expectations, but received no real response. No explanation, no alternative, no replacement, no apology. In the end, we were left with a hefty bill and a disappointing experience. In our opinion, the pictures speak for themselves. We'll leave it to the community to decide whether the price and quality are in line. As guests of the resort, we would have appreciated at least a little more attention, goodwill, and appreciation.

I spent one night at this beautiful property, staying in a Deluxe room. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with truly high-quality products. We also had dinner at the property's restaurant, and what can I say? Everything was truly top-notch, including the service and friendliness of all the staff. The spa experience was very relaxing and enjoyable, and the outdoor pool on the upper solarium was an added bonus. I highly recommend this experience, and I'll definitely repeat it.

April 26, 2026 4-hour spa entrance, clean place, top welcome, relaxing atmosphere dedicated to those who want to disconnect and at the same time spend time with those who feel good surrounded by greenery, kind, helpful and very professional staff. Rosy at reception is a fundamental guide, the key point of this wonderful place, aperitif and lunch all dedicated and studied in the smallest details ♥️

One of my absolute favorite places. A place that truly makes you feel at home, and that's something rare and precious. A special thank you to Elisabetta for helping and supporting me in organizing my graduation party: everything was perfect. I'm 100% satisfied, from the first phone call, to the numerous emails to finalize every detail, up to the final result. Impeccable service, exceptional staff, and truly extraordinary attention to detail. What can I say... We spent a few days at Tenuta de l’Annunziata and had a rather disappointing, mixed experience overall. Our rating is definitely leaning towards 2 stars, and we wouldn't book the hotel again. I can't understand why the hotel still has some positive reviews. The location is definitely a highlight: very quiet and idyllic, situated between Lake Lugano and Lake Como – perfect for relaxing. The grounds themselves are well-maintained and clean, and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. The spa area is also lovely. Free parking is available, and we especially appreciated the option of having breakfast outside. Unfortunately, several aspects significantly marred our stay. The staff seemed very impersonal, and we repeatedly felt that international guests were given less attention due to language barriers and the staff's limited English skills. The service was inattentive – you had to actively seek out a second cup of coffee at breakfast. Breakfast itself was disappointing: a very limited selection, heavily focused on sweets, with hardly any healthy options. The scrambled eggs were also rather runny and not very appetizing. Further points of criticism: The outdoor pool was closed despite an outside temperature of around 24 degrees Celsius, which we found incomprehensible. The shower was also cold in the morning. The small, single-use packages for the toiletries don't seem particularly sustainable either. A coffee machine is available in the room, but the price of €5 per capsule is outrageously high. Overall, it's a beautiful property with a lot of potential, but the service and some details unfortunately don't live up to expectations.

A real surprise. The spa is simple but fully equipped. The room offers every comfort. The restaurant is excellent, with stunning views from every room. Luxury without being overdone.

I stayed for one night only, and it was my first time there. I have to say the welcome was very warm, with great attention to detail. The room for two people was very cozy and also quite spacious. The spa is very well equipped — not a small spa, but one with several rooms, hot tubs, a steam room, a hammam, a tea corner, and the possibility to book body and facial treatments. I also had a one-hour massage, which was very relaxing. In the afternoon, I asked for a dish as a snack and they were happy to accommodate the changes I requested, even though it was something not on the menu. As for the restaurant, I was very pleased with the service. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented — everything was satisfying. The setting is very well designed; I especially noticed the wooden beams, which created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. After my stay, I realized I had forgotten my swimsuit at the property. Following several phone calls, during which I was initially told that I hadn’t left anything behind, it was eventually confirmed that the swimsuit had indeed been found. I was then given the option to have it shipped to me through a payment link. They also offered the possibility to take a walk in the woods using a paper map. I personally found it a bit difficult to follow, as the path was completely covered with leaves, which made the trail harder to see and navigate. I visited in February, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the outdoor areas of the property.

Wonderful experience, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the blonde receptionist, who was able to provide me with all sorts of information and even some additional tips for the various treatments. The location is very picturesque, especially on a sunny day. I'll definitely be back!

I went to the spa and it was beautiful and clean. I was greeted by the blonde lady and she was really kind and knowledgeable when she explained the whole process to me!! We ate very well at the restaurant. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful day. Well done!
