15/06/2025: I had the opportunity to eat here while on vacation in Italy. Surprised to find Indian Food in a place where Italian food dominates, this take out joint was easy to find and the prices we reasonable. Location: 8/10 Located at the base of the Lake Como mountain region, Kashmir Grill is on a side street away from the actual lake and tourists attractions. It’s easy to walk to if you are anywhere down there, and parking is easy if you follow the signs and hours and all. Venue: 8/10 For what it’s worth, this is a take out joint with 10-15 table sets. The workers dressed casual and were able to speak multiple languages, as with most people in my party. There were no problems communicating and they had what we were looking for. They were able to point out the best on the menu, and brought everything out fast. Food: 9/10 Often times the best food places are hidden, as is the case with this one. While most tourists flock to the typical Italian food scene, this place had amazing garlic bread (naan), tandoori chicken, chicken masala, and rice. Food was cooked well, hot, and served within 10 minutes of ordering. Kashmir Grill House is definitely worth stopping by in the area. The people who work there act like they want to be there, and are excited to show you what’s cooking.

30/07/2025: Tagliata di manzo cruda,non masticabile.Ho assaggiato solo due bocconi,dopo di che ho dovuto rinunciare. Dopo che ho fatto presente in cassa che ho dovuto lasciare la carne nel piatto, ho pagato per intero una cosa che non sono riuscito a consumare.

05/08/2025: Crotto del Lupo is a historic restaurant on Monte Olimpino, accessible by climbing from Como towards Switzerland. A "four seasons" restaurant, it's wonderful to gather inside on a cold winter evening, or on a warm summer evening, where you can at least escape the city heat by sitting on the pleasant covered terrace, in a relaxing, quiet setting. They also have facilities for events. They offer cuisine with Valtellina influences, featuring quality products, platters, pasta dishes, and meats. A must-try are the iconic "Bacetti dello Chef Bertarini," which have been a delight for both adults and children since 1978! These are a type of cream puff filled with a delicate creamy cheese, mushroom, tomato, and cream. They used to be served in a bowl with a small flame underneath (I recommend bringing it back); now, they're still served in the same bowl, but without the flame, but the unique flavor remains unchanged. A must-try. Reasonable prices, depending on whether you also order (excellent) wine. The beautifully preserved ancient cellar room inside the restaurant is worth seeing (or being seen if it's closed). Knowledgeable and very courteous staff.

30/06/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for a few years now and I can say that I have tried a large number of dishes. The restaurant looks good, has a slightly elegant style, is clean and has a large number of seats both inside, on the two floors of the room, and outside in the small terrace, and in the bathroom on the first floor. The staff is kind, polite, helpful and efficient even during the evenings when there are more customers, as is the service always quite fast and precise except for a few and understandable errors or oversights. The all you can eat menu is very large, it has a large number of appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes and sushi as well as hot, cold, fish and meat dishes. I recommend always booking even just a few hours in advance by calling or The fork to ensure a table, especially on weekends, holidays or summer periods. The main problems, in my opinion of this restaurant are the lack of parking, since people are forced to use the one of the nearby supermarket that if it were to close would create many problems and the overall price of the menu that could very well be slightly lower. For the rest I consider it an excellent sushi restaurant where you can eat in the company of friends, relatives or even just as a couple. In my opinion it is also suitable for those with children since the possibility of choice is very wide and some of the dishes are simple and suitable for everyone's palate.

30/07/2025: The food is quite good, 7/10, but I ordered a sorbet, and since the table was right in front of me, I also saw how it was made: A scoop of sorbet from a Metro box, then you add a little water and spread it, and it's ready to go. It costs €5. I told him I'd never tasted sorbet and he said no, so I told him their sorbet is crap... It's not the price that's the problem, but the quality you offer. If you think this way, I think it's the same in all cuisines.

03/05/2025: Per la prima volta sono stato in questo ristorante su consiglio di un amico che ci viene spesso . Sono rimasto basito dalla bellezza del luogo, più che un ristorante ha tutto per essere un ottimo agriturismo. Mangiato su una terrazza spettacolare da dove si vede il lago di Lugano e sei circondato dal verde. Come antipasto il loro tagliere era squisito: salumi di alta qualità e dei sciatt cremosi all'interno: una delizia. Ho fatto un assaggio dei loro pizzoccheri: pasta fatta a mano e condimento di primo ordine. Come piatto principale mi sono deliziato di polenta con salmi di cervo: una prelibatezza!! Ottimo il loro sorbetto al Brauli. Vino della casa buono. Personale gentile, cordiale e simpatico. Da tornarci sicuramente per provare altre loro specialità.

26/07/2025: The food is very good, and that's perhaps the only thing I have to praise (which is no small thing). And also the fact that they offer you a small glass of limoncello at the end. But we had some drawbacks. The tables are on a terrace that's closed (despite it being summer), and yet smoking is allowed. We had a person next to us who chain-smoked, and it was really annoying. They could have had a smoking area, and that's all. They charge €2.50 per person for a cover, and the service is very poor. They brought us our drinks and we didn't have glasses; they didn't even notice, so we had to ask for them. And they charge for a cover even though the food isn't cheap, and they don't provide any service for that, not even the bread. The tablecloths were old and had holes from cigarette burns. And there were also a lot of very annoying flies. It might be worth it for the food, but nothing more...

22/07/2025: We only stayed one night but I can assure you that it was a great stay. The hotel is small and a little dated but well kept. It is clean and the owner and all the staff are very good. We had dinner in the hotel. We had two pizzas and a mussel soup and as a Neapolitan I can tell you that the pizza was good but the mussel soup was fantastic, let's say on par with ours on the Mergellina seafront. We will return.
