23/01/2026: A good pizza. We arrived almost at closing time, but the service was professional. Prices weren't exactly cheap, even though we're not in the center of Como. I was with my daughter, and they didn't give us the student price, but that's also my fault, as I could have asked. The toppings were a bit strong in flavor, and I was a bit thirsty this afternoon.

21/10/2025: A day at the Villa Aprica clinic. The location is at the foot of the hill leading up to the clinic. Due to limited parking, I parked near the bar, staying in my car for fear of fines. The bar staff were super friendly, courteous, and helpful. Excellent coffee. Excellent piadina. Again, they were super friendly, which is not a given. Highly recommended!

17/01/2026: In my experience, the place is very poorly organized. To get a dish, you have to wait about 10 minutes... I arrived at 12:00 and left at 1:46. An hour and a half for exactly 7 dishes... I don't recommend it.

07/01/2026: The service was disappointing and slow, starting with the fact that you can only order three dishes per person, but only if you order them directly from the waitress. We also had to ask several times to order the next portion, and each time the waitress called her colleague to take the order. Relatively fast, but the first round of dishes arrived cold. The quality wasn't excellent, and the menu itself included many dishes that cost extra, which are included in the dinner price, and it wasn't always clear that the dish had an extra cost (we went for a holiday lunch). In the end, we didn't eat much, and the quality wasn't great. There was a long wait to order, then a wait for the dishes we'd ordered, and then another wait for the waitress to arrive to take the next round of orders. Not to mention the tables were dirty and caked on at 12:30.

17/04/2026: The place has become completely unpleasant. The owner's constant yelling at employees has become too annoying and less calm. The last time a new customer arrived, he really made a bad impression right from the entrance. Just hearing "Stay here, wait for it," it felt like we'd stumbled into a military canteen. The waiters are inexperienced, but also because they change staff, one by three every week. Several tables complained, the waiters were terrified and didn't understand anything. They're berated in front of customers, and it's not pleasant at all. A lot has also been lost in terms of quality. Then, when you hear people who don't like it, go somewhere else. In fact, we took their word for it and went there.

12/04/2026: I ordered a fruit cake for six people in the morning and picked it up in the late afternoon. The lady at the counter delivered it to me already in the sealed package. I paid 42 euros!! I got home and opened the package and realized that instead of a classic fruit cake made with shortcrust pastry, it was made only with sponge cake! I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT! 42 euros for a cake that was worth 15! Fruit cake is made with SHORTCRUST PASTRY! Never again!

31/03/2026: We were very hesitant to go to this place because of the Google rating, but since it was near our place of stay, and it is a family restaurant, which we really appreciate, we decided to take a chance... The environment is definitely not luxurious, but neat and clean. The guy who served us spoke English, which was also important to us. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and two children. The first evening we ordered Lasagna, Pizza, Grill plate, spaghetti carbonara and salad. The grill plate did not leave an impression, the lasagna and spaghetti were very tasty, and the pizza was PERFECT, the best we have ever eaten, and we have been to Italy 10 times already, so we have tasted a lot of pizzas. Thin crispy fresh base, no toppings on top, cheese is either too little or too much. The second evening we returned for pizza, one of us had gnocchi, the other spaghetti, the rest of us had pizzas. The pizzas are one better than the other, I also really liked the gnocchi, fresh and fluffy. My son had tiramisu, he said it was the best he's ever had. And we finished it all off with their homemade limoncello, which was truly the most delicious I've ever tasted. So if you want simple, fresh, delicious homemade food, without much luxury, this place is for you.

09/04/2026: A guaranteed hit for lunch with friends. Wide selection of beers, sandwiches, and dishes. Good prices. They often host birthday parties or events, which they handle very well and don't impact the service in any way, thanks in part to the knowledgeable staff and the size of the space, which lends itself well to this use.
