FOOD: I went for dinner for an à la carte menu and I had delicious udon with chicken and vegetables and my partner a Cantonese rice, I appreciated the fact that both dishes were not full of soy sauce but with the right amount so as not to cover the flavours. Then we shared a few pieces of sushi and they were very good. The next day I returned for lunch for sushi with the AYACE formula. THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! I chose some particular rolls, and then some salads, rolls with Juliette vegetables inside, salmon carpaccio, salmon tartare... I appreciated the generosity of mango and avocado in the dishes. SERVICE: very clean room, also appreciated the bathroom, nice and clean. The waiters are very kind and not intrusive, quick in bringing the dishes, the girl at the cash register is precise because she asks for confirmation of the dishes chosen before starting the receipt. COMPLIMENTS! I would like to live in Como so I can come and eat here often. At the end of lunch, despite having ordered 10 dishes, I didn't feel like I was bursting, I was fine. This is because the sushi rice is cooked well and is of good quality, and is used in the right quantity.

17/02/2025: We stumbled across San Vakentino by chance because we had to go to a funeral....completely out of our area....but I don't rule out the possibility that we will return on purpose even if it is far away for us.....we ate like a God and the waitress was very kind and very nice....all based on fish (and what fish! Very fresh and "chubby")....large portions so much so that we took home the spaghetti with seafood (again, a tray prepared immediately and without any problems). ).....really a great experience! The two of us spent a good €90 for lunch, having only had one water and, in addition, three slices of cake (€5 each), which I would have liked to have been on the fixed menu already at €30 and €36 each. The pizzoccheri are good, the saffron pasta much less so; pork and venison not very soft and the polenta tasteless. The buckwheat cake needed a looser jam and the cheesecake was light.

31/12/2024: With my partner and my daughter we went to eat on Christmas day, despite the road to get there being uphill, the hut is very welcoming, it is definitely worth the visit, very good food.
