The restaurant is located in the same building as the headquarters of the Canottieri Moltrasio, one of Italy's most prestigious rowing clubs, founded in 1902, on the shores of Lake Como. The ambiance, service, and food are impeccable; the terrace overlooking the lake alone is worth a visit!

Even though I'm almost worried my review might seem bought, I can only say positive things!
We arrived at lunchtime without a reservation and were given a fantastic table right overlooking the lake. The service was outstanding and they offered excellent advice. All the bread and pasta dishes are homemade.
We shared an appetizer of eggplant and Parmesan. My caramelli (pasta bonbons filled with cacio e pepe) were just as wonderful as my husband's seafood lasagna. The dessert (mango parfait and mango ice cream) was also fantastic.
And if everything hadn't already been booked for this evening, I would have come right back again :)

Overlooking Lake Como, the place has a splendid balcony where you can breathe in pure oxygen while you dine on lake delicacies and more. Impeccable service (Luka, the restaurant manager, is a grand old-fashioned gentleman and often anticipates the culinary moves). The well-stocked kitchen also does its part. Prices have unfortunately increased (about 10-15%), but it's definitely worth it. KAIMANO!!

The food was very good, and the location was quite nice. I would have given it 5 stars if I'd stopped there (despite the fact that the awning opened while we were still enjoying our digestif, a gesture that seemed like a clear invitation to vacate the table).
However, I was surprised by the price of the limoncello: €6 for a small glass. If it were a fine spirit, aged for years or made with particularly complex techniques, I might understand. In this case, however, we're talking about a simple liqueur made from infusing lemon peels in alcohol, not a distilled spirit. Furthermore, considering that the perceived quality was rather ordinary, the value for money seemed decidedly poor.

I'd been there a while ago and wasn't thrilled with it due to the heavy use of deconstructed ingredients, which isn't particularly my taste.
Recently returning, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes offered, carefully prepared but with clear, distinct flavors.
In the summer, you can eat on the terrace overlooking the lake; in the winter, however, the inside is quite small.
