Spent a Saturday lunch there, good food, and a view of the lake. A place I lived in until I was about 25, with many fond memories.

For us, Restaurant Taverna is an absolute top choice for a lovely evening with good food, good drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. We've been coming to Lake Lugano for many years and have spent countless wonderful evenings at Taverna. The team does outstanding work with impressive consistency.

A lovely little restaurant with quick service and delicious food. They have a different daily menu each day, with several dishes to choose from. The portions are generous. We went back so many times because we loved it! Special mention for Nonna's (the owner's mother) cake – she still bakes and hasn't lost her touch! 🤩

I can say that it was one of the friendliest restaurants, very nicely organized without wifi to be able to indicate that contemporary air when people talked and interacted with each other, we enjoyed the food and the good mood. The staff is very prepared, they speak 4 languages, the menu is small and very accessible with quality and fresh products. For 2 adults and 1 child with a drink each and a menu plus dessert we paid 105 euros. It's worth it! I highly recommend it, the food was delicious.
