La Fabrica del Gelato In Menaggio

One of the BEST gelatos I’ve had in my life. Super silky texture, bursting with flavor, it was simply delightful. I had a scoop of pistacchio and crema al fico caramellato (white cream & figs) and I am still dreaming about it🥲 Although I must say, the staff were not the friendliest… they refused to sample more than one flavor. Nevertheless, this place is a must visit in Menaggio. 💯

Good ice cream in the city center - nothing more, nothing less. There are a few flavors of ice cream, but no coffee or what you would expect, just ice cream in a cone. The waffle could be improved, there are better ones out there.

Excellent, fresh and very fine ice cream

Very good ice cream and at a very reasonable price (3 euros for a 2 scoop cone). Nice to take a moment of relaxation on Garibaldi Square and enjoy the sun. I fully recommend.

Ice cream as described below, good variety of choice and good quantity for the price paid. The service was pleasant contrary to what we had read. We particularly recommend the hazelnut and passion fruit ice creams!

I can only confirm that the wait is worth it, even if it took almost 30 minutes, and the certificate on the wall for the pistachio ice cream is fully justified. Definitely try it! The best ice cream in six weeks in Italy!
