Top-notch piadina, made with care and quality ingredients. The fries are addictive. They also have interesting craft beers, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back.

This is my second time here because I had a great time the first time, and I can fully confirm that! The piadinas are plentiful and incredibly varied, the dough is soft and flavorful, and the salads served with piadina are a great option if you're craving something fresh but still filling. The staff is also friendly, welcoming, and approachable, the place is truly charming and simple, and the dried flowers in the craft beer cans are a great idea. Fair prices. I'll definitely be back, thanks!

19/05/2026: Chef Luigi and Camilla made us truly feel like family. The food was incredible each course with amazing flavors and beautifully prepared. The combination of food and hospitality made for a very memorable evening.
16/05/2026: Our family LOVED Salice Blu. The truffle pappardelle was a standout dish - one that made our entire family lean back and say “Wow”. Not only was the food impeccable, sophisticated, and super fresh and locally sourced, but the service was also incredible. Chef Luigi and his wife Camila were so welcoming and so inviting. They ensured everything was to our liking and would personally come out to talk to our family, make conversation, and offer specific, tailored recommendations on the food menu and wine list, which only made our experience that much better. One of the best dining experiences of my life - could not recommend Salice Blu more!

La Polenteria

22/03/2026: A very nice place, but it's not easy to get there due to the road being very narrow in several places. Alternatively, you can take the funicular and then walk about 2 km. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is good. A bit overpriced considering that most of the ingredients used are traditional peasant fare—polenta, potatoes, etc.—the fried food basket in particular, at €16 for a handful of chips, three sciatt, and three taroz, is truly a lot.
22/03/2026: We had a wonderful time during our lunch break! This restaurant is amazing, the food is fabulous, and the staff is lovely! If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate: Stop by!
