What a wonderful discovery! After having known it many years ago as a pub, we discovered this place in a new guise, with extremely refined cuisine and professional yet friendly service. We chose the tasting menu to celebrate an anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the care with which each dish was put together. Our very personal "best of" 1_ the polenta gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, mustard-flavored strawberry jam, and pickled strawberries... a combination we described as "crazy" because we loved it so much, even though it seemed daring (the touch of pickled strawberry pieces really boosted the flavor); 2_ the dessert... another mind-blowing dish: butter and sugar toast with raspberry sorbet and bread panna cotta with raspberry sauce. Refined innovation, with innovative and balanced results for some of the dishes. The traditional proposals are equally focused, thanks to a careful selection of ingredients and the perfect execution of the recipes. Professional, friendly staff, attentive to the customer's needs without ever being too... excellent! 🙌🤩

Everyone in Bergamo knows it: an elegant atmosphere, exquisite food, and a well-stocked wine cellar. The chefs combine different ingredients, giving the dishes surprising flavors. The mutton tartare accompanied by a crostini of focaccia with agretti was sensational. I also enjoyed the braised beef in cocoa and Barbera sauce, the meat was incredibly tender. For dessert, I finished with the sweet part of the casoncello, a pastry that combines the subtle flavor of pear sorbet with the fuller flavor of citron. The prices are in line with the restaurant's level of service, which is only open in the evenings.

The casoncelli in brodo are already a signature dish; the appetizers are the dishes that most impressed me for their craftsmanship and research. The wine selection is also impressive, with a strong focus on the Bergamo area.

A cozy and quaint place, perfect for dinner or an after-dinner drink with friends. I appreciated the variety of the menu and the good quality of the dishes, especially the risottos. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a nice pub vibe until late. A few details, such as portion sizes and service times, could be improved, but overall, it's an excellent dining experience in Bergamo. Recommended!
