28/03/2024: Chicken with peanuts and chilli pepper, nothing short of wonderful. Too bad I got the order wrong and took normal noodles in broth instead of soy noodles with vegetables. Unfortunately, the broth was not very tasty compared to the amount of spices I expected, but I will reserve one star for the next lunch where I will try to be more careful. For everything else, especially speed and courtesy, also 6 stars

02/04/2024: We got two paposhes and some fries. All very good, the fries in particular are not the usual frozen ones, very kind staff gave us the chips already divided in two. The location is very nice, eating outside you have a lake view from the square.

24/03/2024: Excellent quality food, in a rustic and clean environment, with a varied menu of the day. We took a plate of gnocchi with sausage and mushrooms, plus a polenta with wild boar and apples, and a portion of apple pie...superb flavors at a modest but conscious price. The gem was also the willingness to let us have lunch at 2.30pm, congratulations, we'll be back!

23/03/2024: Place chosen by chance on GoogleMaps. I must say a truly remarkable food experience, it was like being at home. Excellent homemade food and generous portions. No photos of the dishes because they disappeared in a flash, perhaps because the late hour and the hunger took their toll. Highly recommended and I think I will return soon. 👍

07/03/2024: If you're looking for Pizza with a capital P you have to go to Monir, not to those elusive chic pizzerias with 16 euro gourmet pizzas with mortadella of dubious origin. It's true that you pay for quality and at Monir you find true quality at an honest and adequate price. After tasting his pizza you won't be able to do without it. And what about the octopus sandwich? By reservation only to guarantee freshness. I always take out on time and have food at the right temperature, but how do you do it? Do you have a toaster oven on your cars? Always kind and friendly.

16/01/2024: Sono tornata a cena dopo alcuni mesi. Ottima cena a base di pesce abbinato allo champagne Pol Roger, eccellente! Servizio cortese e professionale, personale attento . Sala con tavoli ben preparati, con classe e gusto! Lo consiglio.

14/05/2024: Exceptional! From the first moment we felt welcome. We were a group of 9 people and they treated us like gentlemen. Friendly and helpful staff. But it's the food that really reigns supreme. Looking for a typical Bergamo dinner, we found the right place. The cold cuts and cheese starters were delicious. The casoncelli alla Bergamasca are exceptional. The polenta, both the local one with cheese and the grilled one, was also delicious. House wine and to finish an excellent coffee affogato. I would like to underline the hospitality and attention towards us by the very kind staff. Another noteworthy mention are the prices, which are decidedly reasonable, especially compared to the high quality offered. We were all extremely satisfied and I can only recommend the place!

10/05/2024: Very generous portions, incredible value for money. We especially liked the casoncelli and the meatloaf. Nice and unpretentious atmosphere, friendly and quick service. We will definitely be back... Two first courses, a second course, a side dish, half a liter of wine and two coffees: 44 euros. Better than this..

Due to the variety of the menu it is necessary to return several times. Service always present and never intrusive. Prices balanced with the quality of the offer. PS. 05/05/2024: Found the new place of the heart! It was recommended to us by a friend so we trusted it, and we did very well! The location is fantastic and overlooks the mountains, it's a shame we didn't request a table overlooking the view. Nice environment, professional, attentive and courteous staff. Very large menu (perhaps too large). As an appetizer I took the potatoes cooked under ash with sea bass and truffle fondue, a crazy balance of flavours, impossible to find a flaw. As a first course, the dumplings with wild mountain herbs are not a dish I would order again due to my personal taste, but they too were tasty and very balanced despite the poor and few ingredients and this is to be appreciated, because few chefs have the ability to make high-level dishes with poor and simple ingredients, recalling them several times on the plate in different consistencies. The dessert (cheesecake) was also sublime, light, not greasy and cheesy, the only flaw I found in the entire menu I tasted, I found it here, the fruit was not seasonal fruit, so maybe I would prefer that seasonal, and I would have preferred the biscuit to be crunchier like a real cheesecake, the consistency and flavor of the biscuit was barely noticeable. But still a really well made dessert! Will definitely come back. Prices higher than average but justified by the high quality of the raw materials and the location. The welcome entrée and the pre-dessert (fabulous cannoncino) were greatly appreciated, congratulations, keep up the good work!!!

03/04/2024: Large areas and lots of tables. Orders are placed by iPad located and fixed on the tables. Varied and well prepared food. Dishes served quickly. If you don't pass there, it's worth the detour.
