My friend has a nut allergy, and they were so thorough in explaining the ingredients and processes, making sure we felt safe and informed. It’s not easy to find such genuine care and attention to detail. The shop itself is beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. In fact, I can say that the food was good, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by a decidedly insufficient service. To begin with, the wine always arrived late, accompanying each course with an unacceptable slowness. We had asked for a replacement for a terrible beer, and even though I had specified that I did not drink beer, I was not listened to at all. At that point, the beer remained untouched on the table and it took an embarrassing amount of time, almost to the end of the meal, to receive a replacement. In addition, I found the behavior of one of the staff, who had introduced himself as a sommelier, disconcerting. Rather than providing a professional service, his attitude was mocking and disrespectful. If this is your idea of ​​hospitality, I suggest you reconsider your approach. In conclusion, my experience was disappointing and, despite the good food, I felt that the service was of a decidedly poor standard. If your tastings are to be treated like second-class customers by a clown, I urge you to reconsider your way of operating. A terrible experience that translates into money badly spent, real and good money. I will never return.

02/01/2025: When looking for a structure for New Year's Eve we found Marina Resort almost by chance. We stayed in really welcoming apartments, worth living in. However, a special note goes to Manuela and all her staff, from the first organizational calls they were truly welcoming, including us in their family from the first moments. Definitely coming back. A round of applause!
