28/02/2026: Perfect choice. I came to Bergamo to celebrate an anniversary as a couple. We wanted to try a restaurant that was both traditional and special. We found the perfect place. The dishes showcase all the local products; you can taste the meticulous selection of ingredients and the respect for Bergamo's traditions. The hostess was impeccable in guiding us through the menu. The Sant'Alessandro rafioli were incredible. Furthermore, for those with various intolerances or by choice, there's a wide range of vegan options here that goes well beyond the typical indulgence. We usually expect to find the usual nonsense, like the grilled vegetable side dish as a vegan option, but this time we found a real interest in offering an original and incredible selection of flavors, perhaps even more so than the meat dishes we'd eaten. The leek roll was one of the best appetizers I've ever had, and the coconut cake with banana cream was excellent. The wine list was also carefully selected. Congratulations to the entire staff; you're doing a great job.
