Pizzeria Assaje In Bergamo

The place was nice (the outdoor area was even nicer), but inside it had a Neapolitan vibe, so I didn't mind... as a welcome, they offered us some Prosecco cicchetti and pizza dough fritters. For appetizers, we had the pasta frittatina and the tomato bruschetta. The frittatina seemed a little bland, but the temperature and breading were perfect and nice and dry. The bruschetta was delicious, and we really liked the bread. The tomatoes were missing a couple of grains of salt, but overall, it wasn't bad. For pizza, we had the 4 Stagioni, where I personally found the tomato sauce a little too much for my taste and, in my opinion, it overpowered the flavor of the other ingredients. Then we had the Rustica, which had potatoes and caramelized onion, and that's my least favorite because the onion covered everything and was too sweet. Finally, we had the Genuina, and that's my favorite because it had lots of mozzarella and the crust was filled with cooked ham and ricotta. For dessert, we asked for the lemon delicacy, which was disappointing...it was very creamy and tasted very little like lemon. Finally, we were offered limoncello and mini sfogliatelle with ricotta, which were delicious...almost better than those we'd had in Naples...I'd go back to try the Salsiccia e Friarielli and to try the Genuina again.

Excellent pizzas. They looked so appetizing that we couldn't even take a picture before we started eating them. The outdoor terrace was lovely, and they even offered little treats at the end.

We stumbled upon this place in Bergamo Alta by chance, and intrigued by the reviews, we stopped in to try a pizza. The result was truly satisfying; we were greeted with some truly delicious zeppoline, offered to all customers. The pizza is truly delicious with quality ingredients, the service was very efficient, all the staff are smiling and friendly, but a special mention definitely goes to the very kind Mrs. Enza, who accommodated all our requests and those of our children. At the end of the dinner, they also offered us mini sfogliatelle with limoncello. Well done guys, keep it up, and always Forza Napoli! 💙🤍

Very friendly service, delicious appetizers (white wine + baked meatballs) perfectly presented. The dishes I had: gnocchi and carbonara, perfectly prepared; the best restaurant in all of Bergamo! Highly recommended!

Excellent pizzeria, I recommend it for going with friends or for those who want to have a group dinner. Very welcoming place.

Last night we went to Assaje Pizzeria for the first time. Nice place, very good pizza, and a surprise included an aperitif and dessert. The lady who served us was very professional, kind, and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Accidentally stun upon this place and it was an absolute gem for us. They gave us welcome drinks and snacks while we ordered our food. We ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were great. Service was super friendly and ready to help you with your order. (We were served by a guy named Sumon he was very professional🙂‍↕️). Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. At 21 a clock its full so i will suggest to reserve a table;)
