04/03/2026: For seafood lovers, a go-to place for years. A classic setting with truly comfortable tables and space between them for an excellent experience. The menu offers exclusively seafood. A decent selection of raw fish, appetizers, first courses (from €27 to €30), and second courses...desserts are €10 (cover charge €5!) The quality of the food is unquestionable, and the service is adequate for the location. The bread basket is good, and the wine list is well-stocked.

14/12/2025: Simple and elegant atmosphere. The dishes are excellent, a unique menu with the option of pairing with wines or their spirits. Extraordinary use of spices and excellent pairings. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The prices are moderately high, but worth it.

22/03/2026: A great find in Tremezzo. The salads and pizzas are genuinely delicious—well-balanced, with fresh ingredients and a great crust. The desserts, quite difficult to choose… The service stands out: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere is authentic and local, with a comfortable, unpretentious feel. Exactly the kind of place you enjoy settling into and returning to.

10/03/2026: A very nice place, a bit out of the way, hard to get to, and not convenient due to parking. The place itself is well-decorated, with plenty of seating and a very unique second floor with a balcony overlooking the ground floor. It's frequented primarily by young people, so the atmosphere is very chaotic and rowdy, with so much noise that conversation is impossible (though we did catch an Erasmus party and a birthday party). The menu isn't very varied, the fries are hard and unpleasant, with the industrial sauces you have to squeeze out after fighting with the sticky sachets. The cocktails are watered down, and the burgers are from a discount store, cooked incorrectly and with tasteless condiments. The positive review goes entirely to the service (otherwise it would be 2 stars). We were served by a very nice, approachable, and kind young man, who approaches his work and his customers with a passion that can be seen in his eyes as well as in his words. He's a person who truly deserves to be appreciated and is wasted for a place like this. It made all the difference of the evening.

14/03/2026: This Italian restaurant offers great value for the price. The food has a rich and delicious flavor, especially the pasta and tiramisu, which were absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. If I visit Italy again, I will definitely come back to eat here.

22/03/2026: An experience. Culinary and more. A true osteria, where the host and the chef are NOT the same person. Like any great team, the result is achieved together, each doing their part and allowing the other to do the same, with mutual respect and trust. The chef is known through dishes built on excellent ingredients (with an abundance of Slow Food Presidia) and a great attention to translation, reinterpretation, and enjoyment. Because if you don't enjoy yourself, why bother eating out?! The host is incredibly knowledgeable about beers, wines, and cheeses. Don't be afraid to ask for advice and explanations; instead, be willing to take the time to listen, because when passion, expertise, and an innate charm come together, you can't do anything else :) Finally, the prices are absolutely reasonable. And there's also the possibility of finding solutions that are definitely affordable for everyone... You can't always have two courses with a cheese cart and dessert! Although here it would be worth it...

10/03/2026: High-quality products... cooked well and with so much passion. The fried gnocchi are exquisite...the stracotto and pumpkin-filled tortelli in three variations are also highly recommended...exceptional. We concluded the dinner with a selection of cheeses and mustards, all accompanied by a wonderful Giuseppe (the manager)...everyone's cousin (when you pay)....good expireance.

08/04/2026: I visited Hosteria del Cavo and had an overall positive experience, especially for those looking for a simple and unpretentious meal. The trios of risottos are delicious, varied and well-executed, ideal for sampling multiple dishes at once. The appetizer buffet is simple, yet pleasant and in keeping with the restaurant's style. Another plus is definitely the reasonable price, making this osteria an interesting choice for an informal meal with good value.

02/04/2026: Excellent traditional trattoria specializing in risottos, with a wide selection that invites you to return time and time again, given the opportunity. We also really enjoyed the vegetarian appetizer buffet and an excellent dessert. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: I chose this inn by chance and with great surprise. I booked by phone, asking if they accepted dogs and camper parking. It's a quaint place with a very respectable menu with that little something extra to satisfy every palate. Excellent, carefully prepared menus with daily or set menu options. A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, all served by extremely kind staff (10+), and a quaint and always welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, we'll be back.

07/04/2026: I've been dining here several times now, over the years, and I can honestly say it's never disappointed! First of all, the welcome entrée is a special treat, which has always been a huge plus. The dishes are special, cooked just right and of excellent quality. The atmosphere is refined, and the staff is excellent in terms of professionalism and friendliness, especially the young woman who always serves us, who is truly talented and manages to give you all the right tips on the dishes, which are always top-quality! I'll be back, I highly recommend it to lovers of meat in all its nuances 🤩

11/04/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't very busy, so they can't accommodate too many people at once, but otherwise, the food is delicious. The chef is a bit eccentric, but he really puts you in the Italian mood. I recommend it if, like us, all the other restaurants are full; this one always has a table available.
