08/08/2024: I was several years ago, but I perfectly remember the excellent selection of cheeses and wines, typical Milanese location on the Navigli, impeccable service. Also very suitable for a romantic dinner in my opinion. Absolutely worth going if you like real cheeses.

23/08/2024: Chef Ilario ha la fisicità della riverenza, ed il cuore dell'informalità. Vi accoglie nel suo villino lombardo come portiere di un mondo perduto, come un ospite che apre le porte di casa. L'abitudine sta nelle parole, nelle strette di mano, negli sguardi di intesa. La sua visita ai tavoli è una complice provocazione, così come la sua cucina, che affonda nell’infanzia, e riemerge in un gioco di rivisitazioni. Chef Ilario conosceva bene il percorso da fare, e ci è arrivato da tempo: il sudore, le mani sporche, i luoghi visitati sono la concretezza della sua vita, e si svelano nel via vai del tavolo, tra profumi, delizie e contemporaneità. Cavallo di battaglia è la ricreazione dei dolci, sorpresa a cui lasciare un po' di spazio visivo e gustativo. Da provare.

21/08/2024: Finalmente siamo dal mitico Vinciguerrra! Serata del 20 Agosto, anniversario di mia moglie. Abbiamo scelto il menu da 4 portate, carne. Un po' strano , a sorpresa; pre antipasto, piattini semplici , ma gustosi, presentati da Mr.Ilario. Antipasti a piccole dosi, con pancetta locale , verdure e formaggi, elaborati e ..buoni. Un primo di spaghetti ingannevole come quantita', superbo; qui si vede la qualita' della pasta, al dente perfetto, pomodori semplici e interno dl pesto. Ottimo. Ero gia' quasi accoffato, quando e' arrivato l'arrosto di maiale con verdure ....super..! Prima del dolce, scenografia con foglie di lauro immerse in acqua e limone, che Mr. Ilario ha incendiato con una piccola cortina fumogena e un gran profumo. E poi i dolci, tutti fantastici, incluso il minibaba e Oro di Napoli. Insomma , contenti e soddisfatti della serata, trascorsa piacevolmente . Ci torneremo, magari piu avanti, con delle portate autunnali o invernali. Certo, i prezzi non sono modesti, ma la qualita' il servizio e l'atmosfera devono essere correlati.

26/08/2024: Unic come unica e' l'esperienza di assaggiare del cibo confezionato, come sembrerebbe, da altre catene straniere ,ma con il rispetto per le materie prime ,sempre di altissimo livello. Da rilevare la gentilezza del personale.Ottimo da provare

18/08/2024: Unic Biker's bar. Già il nome dice tutto. Perché questo è davvero un locale unico, non ne troverete altri in giro così. Gerry, il titolare tuttofare, ha saputo portare un pezzo d'America in una piccola realtà di provincia. La location richiama le tavole calde americane, arricchita da decine di oggetti e quadri minuziosamente collezionati a tema USA. Ma non fatevi ingannare, perché quello che a prima vista può sembrare un locale adatto ai Bikers, è in realtà un locale per tutti, anche alle famiglie o a chi non frequenta il mondo biker. Inoltre lo Unic dispone di una veranda coperta e di uno spazio esterno dove cenare o bere una birra all'aperto nelle sere d'estate. L'atmosfera allo Unic è gioiosa e rilassata, il classico posto dove sentirsi a casa e passare una serata spensierata. A pranzo o a cena si possono degustare svariate specialità, in particolare i mitici hamburger a tema, il tutto accompagnato da dell'ottima birra alla spina. Il personale è eccellente, le ragazze dello staff ti sanno accogliere col sorriso, con gentilezza e professionalità. Nello specifico voglio menzionare Estella e Gabriel, che in questa serata ci hanno servito in modo fantastico, con simpatia e garbo. Che dire, se non siete ancora passati dallo Unic Biker's bar, questi sono solo alcuni dei buoni motivi per farlo.

02/06/2024: We really enjoyed our meal and so glad we found it. Everything was so fresh and flavorful and best of all, affordable! We had the bibimbap, pollo fritto coreano, Koma kimbap, ssam, and some nice wine. Very small place that was so inviting and cozy!

In addition, the wine is of excellent quality, with accurate recommendations from the staff. 18/08/2024: Small, fine restaurant, looks very new and super lovely staff. The starter, the trout carpaccio, was amazing. For main courses we had the guinea fowl and the beefsteak, fantastic! Maybe slightly small portions. Top seasoned with delicious salt flakes. Dessert was also great. Next time we'll come back!

07/08/2024: First course apart from the wait everything was fine, second course equally as expected but this time the courses were bland and without salt (tagliatelle with cocoa and potatoes with cream) we decided to eat the same since we had been inside the restaurant for a while without air conditioning and we were not ready to wait as long to ask for the dishes to be redone. It was a mistake because once I finished I discovered that there was a white hair inside the tagliatelle. I point this out to the first waiter and he walks away with the dish saying it's not their fault, I repeat what happened at the cash register with the second waiter but he doesn't react. They were far from sorry about what had happened. I decide I don't want to argue and ruin my holidays so I pay and leave the place, disgusted and nauseated both physically and psychologically. I'll add that it's probably a coincidence, but we both had intestinal problems following this dinner.

28/07/2024: It's really easy to see that Massimiliano puts all his passion into the food he serves. Every ingredient is bio and he makes sure all the process to get it to the table is the healthiest and the best he can serve to his customers. Tania serves and treats us with all the love she can give to us. The experience we had in Bistrot Macro Vegan was beautiful, in all the ways. I really recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter if you are vegan or not. I will make sure I visit them again next time I go to Bergamo.

03/07/2024: When we visited Bergamo with my family, we looked for a restaurant with vegan options since I'm vegan. It was a fantastic experience for all of us, and we'll definitely go back there when we're in the area. The food was amazing, with great attention to ingredient combinations. The chef even came to chat with us about the dishes and their preparation. He and his wife were super friendly hosts, making the visit even better.
