24/06/2024: Quality is vision, attention to even the smallest details, enthusiasm, dedication, commitment, use of excellent raw materials selected from the best local producers... at Carlito's I found all this both in the restaurant and in the rooms. For dinner everything was excellent but the roast rabbit with Fortana reduction and shaved black truffle was for me one of the best dishes I have tasted in recent years

02/09/2024: You're always on the safe side with ramen, in my opinion the best in the area. We wanted to try the katsu curry and it was very crunchy and the curry cream was very tasty. The price of ramen ranges from €15 to €18/20 while desserts cost around €6-10. I recommend booking on weekends.

04/08/2024: Our family loves Mexican food so much but it's not easy to find great, fresh tasting flavours everywhere but this is a great place and really lovely service. We had the chicken fajitas for a family of four with extra sides!

27/08/2024: EXCELLENT. The dough for the croissants is incredible, I think the best I've ever tasted. I tried the jam one and the white chocolate one. Nice place, small but you can also glimpse the laboratory at the back where they make everything, both sweet and savory. Among other things, absolutely reasonable prices for being gluten-free. Gianluca is so very kind, congratulations!

09/08/2024: Very great completely gluten free cafe!! I have celiac disease and I was completely thrilled by the selection of cornetti, bomboloni, calzoni etc. I was able to eat a real cornetto for the first time in years!! Only recommended :)

28/08/2024: Space dinner! Very quiet mountain place, with super friendly and fast waiters. We chose the €30 menu with mixed starters, a first course (gnocchi with wild boar ragout), then they brought us a sorbet and second courses. Everything really delicious. Super generous portions (there were 2 of us, the photos speak for themselves). It's a shame we weren't able to try the desserts, but we were really full. Super recommended!

24/08/2024: We went here for lunch and had an amazing meal. Very much local feel and local food, which is what you want when you’re here in Italy the service was amazing and friendly, and they explained to us all the meals since we didn’t speak fluent Italian.

03/07/2024: We had a water pitch and were very excited about the campsite! It was the perfect start to our trip and we will definitely come back!! Sanitary facilities are state of the art, you can shower without coins and everything is clean. The staff is super nice. Absolute recommendation!

29/06/2024: Vengo qui per lavoro una volta ogni due mesi e questo è il mio posto preferito: Per il servizio, veloce e preciso Per la qualità dei piatti Per la struttura accogliente sia nella sala interna che nel cortile sotto gli alberi. Ah. Dimenticavo. E’ tutto buonissimo (anche per me che amo le verdure e di solito ne trovo pochissime nei ristoranti)

15/08/2024: It was so good we forgot to take pictures! Had dinner at this spot on our last night in Limone. It was delightful! We sat outside and the garden seating was perfection. It was hot but once a breeze kicked in, we cooled down pretty quickly. The service was great! We started with the Insulata Rucula Pomodori E Grana, then moved on to a tasty Carbonara. The hubs did the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection! I got the Lamb... 🤤 We left stuffed and satisfied.

19/08/2024: I come every year to eat at the Locanda and every time I am satisfied. Very good traditional menu, especially the tagliatelle with duck ragù. Excellent choice of desserts. The staff goes out of their way to put customers at ease. Prices are average

18/08/2024: We had dinner there on the occasion of the Fiera delle Grazie 2024, and it was a real pleasure! The pumpkin tortelli were excellent, the risotto alla pilota was exquisite and the cotechino was absolutely sublime, which we accompanied with a side of sauerkraut (an unexpectedly pleasant combination, with the acidity of the sauerkraut marrying perfectly with the fattiness of the cotechino) and beans , pork rinds and polenta (which on the menu would be an appetizer... but with cotechino it's the death of it!). Among the desserts, the chocolate salami with cream and the very Mantovani sbrisolona cake with zabaglione are very popular. All washed down with another classic: Lambrusco Mantovano, dark red in color and sweet on the palate. Also worthy of mention are the staff, quick and always smiling and kind despite the pressure due to the many people who came for the Fair. Prices are average, with a truly high quality/price ratio.

21/08/2024: Hotel in an excellent position between Como (about half an hour) and Varenna (just over an hour), it has a large car park in front of a villa, furthermore the hotel has an internal garden with plants and statues, equipped with tables and sofas. I stayed two nights in a room for 4 guests equipped with a minibar with a corridor that separated the two single beds from the double bed (a sort of "two rooms in one"), the bathroom is also very large and the cleanliness is certainly what I noticed not only on the day of check-in but also the next. In general it is a hotel that has a lot of attention to detail, I was impressed by everything: room, cleanliness, reception. The breakfast is plentiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful, you can have breakfast not only in the internal room but also in a splendid outdoor garden overlooking the natural landscape. Overall it is a hotel that I highly recommend, excellent value for money!

21/08/2024: Kind as always, a corner of paradise....always a pleasure to stay overnight when I return to Luxembourg. Staff always available, good restaurant and good breakfast, even our 4-legged friends enjoyed it.

14/07/2024: 2 of us had dinner tonight with my partner Very high quality of food. Everything was very good, both the meat, the truffle and the sea bass that you had. Fantastic Franciacorta recommended by them. Value for money a little expensive but it's ok. I must say the quality of the food is very fresh and excellent so I think we'll be back. The only negative note was the service. I understand, the place is full on a Saturday, everything is very slow to eat an appetizer and a second course, we sit down at 7.30pm and go out at almost 10pm, then the smile, they don't even know what it is, very grumpy. They pass you by and pretend nothing happens. You order a rosé and they bring you a brut and that's fine...slow service and they even make you pay for the grappa...anyway the quality of the food is top
