26/05/2025: Birthday dinner. 6 adults and 2 children. Large, bright, welcoming and modern place. We took a taste of the appetizers served in 4 mini portions extremely succulent and inviting! egg, veal with tuna sauce on brioche bread, tartare and salmon, very tasty (I would only change the teaspoon for the egg, better to put it round in my opinion)! All the first courses, from the risotto to the tagliatelle were very good and well prepared. I don't like risotto al dente, even though this one was al dente I still found it pleasant! The second courses were one better than the other, from the fish to the tagliata, all well prepared and well plated. Young, kind and friendly staff. Price adequate for the level of the place and the service.

The food is excellent, with attention to detail and authentic flavors that enhance the local products. The location is enchanting, with a view of the lake that makes lunch even more special. 31/05/2025: One of the Best Dining Experiences in Italy! Il Filo d’Olio was an absolute highlight of my trip. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was memorable. The service was equally impressive: warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The setting is charming, and if you’re lucky enough to get a table with a view, it makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place — it truly stands out among the many restaurants I’ve visited in Italy!

29/05/2025: I wanted to share my experience with this place, I was with friends one evening, we immediately asked the owner about the furniture who explained to us that it was completely recycled, therefore also an eye to the environment. We were served with hamburgers that everyone liked very much. A great experience, I recommend it.

07/04/2025: Delicious food: sandwiches with incredible combinations and as a starter, as a house gift, pizza balls flavored with fried seaweed and paprika. The extremely friendly and helpful manager served us with diligence and kindness. The atmosphere, even if simple and refined, still does not do justice to the food which, taking nothing away from street food, has a great refinement.

20/05/2025: We had a wonderful time. Although there were 8 of us and the restaurant was almost full, they found a seat for us. The service was friendly. The staff speaks English for tourists. The ravioli was excellent. A great place for a small village inn.
