I Dù de la Contrada is the kind of place where every dish speaks with sincerity and substance. We opened with a poached egg, delicate and creamy, executed with technical precision and served with refined taste. The carrot meatballs with paprika, surprising for their balance and lightness, tell of a vegetable cuisine that doesn't need to shout to be remembered. The absolute protagonist of the evening was the beef in oil with polenta: a Brescia classic performed with skill. The very tender meat, the rich and velvety base, and the just the right rough polenta: a dish that warms, satisfies, conquers. Grand finale with the rose cake and Chantilly cream: soft, fragrant, delicious without excess. A perfect closure. To make everything even more pleasant, impeccable service, with kind, friendly and attentive staff, capable of putting you at ease from the first moment. Full five stars, and all deserved. A real cuisine, a sincere welcome: to be recommended without hesitation.

24/05/2025: Great place surrounded by nature, well-kept environment and attentive staff, large private room with access to the garden.. eaten buffet style with a varied menu of meat and fish, pizza, cold cuts etc.. bar service with cash register with music.. even the guests were enthusiastic about the location and meal..

23/05/2025: First of all, the owner is absolutely worth mentioning: very kind, great welcome, excellent service! We also had a chat at the end of the dinner and it was a really pleasant moment! As for food, I had an appetizer with fish (octopus and calamari, very tender!) and a first course, all delicious!! Even the polenta gnocchi my partner had as a first course were very good! The environment is welcoming, well-kept, simple without frills and excesses, with details such as the 2 tables and the wooden shelving and the chandeliers that make it clear how much the owner cares about quality. The strong point, the view!!! I chose it randomly in a few minutes searching on the internet and it was a great discovery! We will definitely be back!! And we will definitely recommend it!

20/05/2025: A homey place, with very friendly service. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauces were homemade. It's hard to find a homey and welcoming restaurant in Milan. The dishes are hearty, the Milanese was perfectly tossed in, and the penne fantasia pasta was super tasty. All the ingredients were delicious, and the prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely go back.

19/05/2025: Delicious food and one of the nicest and welcoming wait staff I have ever encountered. Highly recommend stopping by for a meal! We ordered the carbonara, spaghetti vongole, fried calamari, and pork Milanese.

I also had ice cream, little choice of flavors, €20.70 for a 1kg tub of frozen ice cream probably made with a lot of water. In addition to the long time it took the sales assistant to fill a tub for me. I am updating my review due to a squalid situation that occurred following one (or rather two) obviously old croissants from the day before. I kindly pointed this out since it is a pastry shop and not a bar... I was answered by a boy and a gentleman (I assume the owner) with an annoyed tone, that the croissants were from that morning. For the fools you take those who have never left the house. Goodbye and thank you, my advertising will be anything but positive! The cake ordered was nice, no more than nice and quite good, not exactly similar to the photo sent...

25/03/2025: L'hamburgher mi ricorda quello di Shake Shake addirittura in meglio, con carne più buona. L'attenzione e la cortesia della store manager sono unici. Ce oggi di fronte all'ufficio: l'unico problema è che lo mangerei tutti i giorni... se devo ordinare un amburgher a casa ovviamente è Burghez! Le recensioni negative sono fuori luogo o pilotate, è fuori discussione il miglior amburgher.

20/03/2025: I have been to the one in via Marghera, small compared to the others but great quality sandwiches, very good, much better than others that are a little expensive but I repeat excellent quality. Try it and you will come back for sure. Fast and very kind service.
