Very good Pinsa, with light, crunchy and tasty dough. Great service and great beer!

I've been there a couple of times in 2 months. I must say that the place is very nice and well furnished. It's not very big but the tables are still well separated. I tried both the red and the white pinsa and I liked both, the ingredients are all selected and well indicated on the menu. For beer they have both draft and bottled craft beer from a local producer and this pleased me. If I really have to find a flaw, the pizza wheel for cutting the pinsa is uncomfortable, in fact the last time I asked for a knife. Let's say the prices are not cheap but not exaggerated let's say in line with the product.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo , eravamo in due. Abbiamo degustato delle pinse buonissime e dell'ottima birra alla spina. Il personale gentilissimo,in particolare il Sig. LORENZO, ci ha assegnato un tavolo nonostante non avessimo prenotato dopo esserci presentati alle 13 e 40 . Il prezzo nella media ed il servizio e' abbastanza veloce. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
