23/03/2024: Simply WOW! When we're travelling, we're always on the lookout for new, exciting vegan restaurants. And what can I say: Sottobosco Bistrot is probably the best vegan restaurant we've ever been to! The menu is simply amazing. A real explosion of flavour. And it's all vegan too. Everything is just right here: flavour, ingredients, but also the service and the presentation on the plate. We were surprised, as we would never have expected a restaurant like this in Grosseto. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely pay a visit to Sottobosco. Even if you're not vegan. The food is absolutely worth it!

27/03/2024: As for the restaurant I have to say it is exceptional. Simple dishes but with attention to detail, authentic and abundant flavours. The pizzoccheri, among the best in Valtellina, and the saddle of venison that melts in your mouth are highly recommended. Excellent quality/price. You can get there by car or on foot, during the winter if there is snow it is better to call in advance to understand if the road is open to all cars or if transport is necessary with their Jeeps (for a fee).

25/02/2024: Portate di grandi dimensioni, qualità ottima, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo anche dormito e le stanze erano buone, e la colazione a livello della cena. Consigliatissimo.

28/03/2024: Excellent lunch. During a trip we found ourselves choosing a place on the road to eat something, it couldn't have gone better! The managers were kind, right from the start, speaking to us by telephone, therefore in person. Every course was appreciated, from the pasta with radicchio and bacon, to the slices of veal with courgettes, to the turkey morsels with baked potatoes. Price of a menu under €20. Advise. Thanks again. 😊✌🏼

05/04/2024: I have to write a negative review even though I like their products. It has often happened to me that I come to the shop at different times and find the counter half empty, I travel half an hour by car to go home empty-handed. There are 3 counter clerks, the lady is very friendly, one is more shy and awkward and the other is shy. I should feel at home when I enter this place but that's not the case at all.

07/04/2024: Very good local Italian restaurant, it’s not so popular around the tourists so ideal to get a bit of the real local experience. They have an authentic pizza oven and an excellent customer service. Totally recommended :)

17/03/2024: The girl who was taking orders was very friendly and polite. The croissants were good. The canolo was a little too sweet for me but my husband liked it. I did not enjoy the mini tiramisu much. Everything was very pretty though. Definitely go and try for yourself

23/03/2024: The typical stuffed pasta is delicious, try the agnoli in broth with Lambrusco. I appreciated their version of sbrisolona and the impeccable service. The only flaw is the location a little out of the way from the centre.

20/03/2024: Refined atmosphere and very courteous staff. The food was good and, apart from the ravioli which were rather small in portion size, everything was much appreciated. Sophisticated choices of particular and pleasant combinations. Several parking options nearby. Adequate prices.
