03/04/2025: Disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo aquí, sentado en el patio cubierto. La bruschetta estaba deliciosa y el prosciutto y melón también se disfrutó! A nuestra mesa le encantó la carbonara, el pollo con guisantes y setas, y la saltimboca de ternera (“deliciosa y delicada, y no demasiado sazonada”) la que más, y la pizza y el calzone también estaban buenos. Servidores amables que trataron bien con nuestros terribles intentos de italiano.

02/04/2025: We received a cut for two full of fat and nervous. As an apology, another piece of fatty, nervous cut was brought to us... What was the point of bringing back meat like that? A serious restaurant would have at least removed something from the bill instead just the meat costing almost 50 euros. Not to go back.

04/03/2025: Avoid this restaurant – unfriendly staff and zero respect for customers! Visiting an almost empty restaurant and still experiencing hostility from the staff is truly bizarre. From the moment we walked in, there was no warm welcome or interest—just a command that we “must eat because this is a restaurant.” And that was before we even saw the menu. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. After ordering, we started feeling cold at our table, so we moved inside. This, once again, seemed to irritate the staff. We were seated right by the door, where it was also cold —almost as if it was intentional. Throughout our visit, the service was cold and unwelcoming, pizza not tasty either. The worst part came when it was time to pay. I politely asked if we had done something wrong to deserve such rude treatment, and instead of an apology or a simple explanation, I was met with an outburst of arrogance. The woman started yelling at me, not letting me speak, and was incredibly disrespectful. During my week in Rome, I dined at various places, from small family-run trattorias to larger restaurants, and everywhere else, the service was friendly and professional (even if I only wanted to drink because I wasnt hungry at the time) except here. This experience completely ruined my day. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience with Italian hospitality, avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely disgraceful.

22/03/2025: I've been coming here for at least 4 years now, at least twice a month. Always impeccable, excellent service (always everyone with a smile) and everyone very kind and prepared. Top quality and quantity of food, every type of ramen is delicious, as are the appetizers and gyoza, there are lots of off-menu items and when possible there are also seasonal dishes. The place is small, but the size is secondary because the decor is very nice. The prices are in line with the market, also considering the quality of the products, I'd say they are perfect.

13/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Lo staff è solare, simpatico e molto affiatato, l’atmosfera è piacevole e accogliente, da TAVERNA vera. La carbonara è tra le migliori mai assaggiate a Roma: cremosa e saporita al punto giusto. I carciofi sono da leccarsi i baffi! Un grazie speciale al nostro cameriere Michele, preciso e attento dall’inizio alla fine. Ottima anche la panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Ci ritorniamo di sicuro!

12/04/2025: Locale piccolo e scomodo. Primi appena sufficienti. La coda alla vaccinara 4 pezzettini di coda (codini) molto brodosa e di scarso sapore (si sentiva solo il pomodoro) ed al "modico" prezzo di € 20. Avrei fatto meglio a mangiarmi un panino

15/03/2025: The place is really nice, the mix between bar and record shop is very unusual but it is a feature that makes the place truly unique, in addition to the presence of a real stereo system with attached turntable, where customers can even play a record present in the shop upon request, which in my opinion is really cool. What I also liked was the boy at the checkout where I paid for the records, as I am a young buyer he was very curious about me and asked me many questions about my passion for records, and I must say I found him very insightful, you can see he understands the job. I really hope to return, this shop would be a real gem very nice to revisit it.

08/03/2025: Nice place in the Tuscolo area, we returned after a few years and the quality is always high. We ordered the ravioli with meat, with vegetables and with prawns. This time we had spaghetti, rice with salmon and vegetables and sushi. The mochi is very good.

The menu is imaginative, making the traditional items in seemingly every restaurant in Rome into delicious, interesting and flavorful treats! Chef Andrea's passion for making elevated meals is evident in every dish. His warmth and humor make his personal attentiveness to his guests a feature worth returning for, again and again. This restaurant is the best we have found during our month in Rome!

27/03/2025: Chef Andrea's passion for food is evident in every dish we ate, and each plate felt like a masterpiece. While our table enjoyed bites from each other's plates, my fiance and I shared the humus appetizer and the gnocchi, we split the the octoparsley and braised beef, and then finished the meal with the tiramisu. The potions were perfect, and if we had a few more days in Rome, I'd go back in a heartbeat. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, and it feels like you have a personal chef. A member of our party has very specific dietary needs (gluten-free and cow dairy allergy) and the chef took the time to ensure that their dishes were, not just substitutions for their needs, but made with the same care, respect for ingredients, and a love of the craft as everything else on the menu. Golinos stands out for being a place where quality food meets genuine passion, all in a setting that feels like a secret oasis.
