25/05/2025: Let's start with the fact that parking is very easy, BIG is in name and in fact, many outdoor and indoor seats, the environment is beautiful and very well-kept in details. Let's get to the most important thing, the food, the quality of what arrives on the table is extraordinary, hand-cut ham, buffalo mozzarella, beef carpaccio and the tartare were exceptional, the gnocchi with ragù were good, the Florentine steak that arrived on the table was simply extraordinary, cooked to perfection! Remarkable wine list, attentive and very courteous service, the prices given the quality are adequate for what you eat!

Durante la nostra settimana a Roma ci aspettavamo di trovare il miglior cibo nei ristoranti Italiani traditionali – the vera sorpresa è stateta la cena da Persiana! The cibo era was particularly delicious: porzioni abbondanti, sapori authentici and ben bilanciati, everything prepared with cura. The prezzo is davvero oneto – for the quality and quantity offered, it is very convenient. The locale is served with oriental taste, creating an accompaniment and particulate atmosphere. The service was also impeccable: gentle, attentive, and very cordial. When we return to Rome, Persiana will definitely be a quick stop. I recommend it – a true pearl! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true gem in Rome! During our week-long stay in Rome, we expected to find the best food in traditional Italian restaurants – but the true culinary highlight was our visit to Persiana! The food was simply fantastic: generous portions, perfectly seasoned, incredibly delicious, and freshly prepared. The prices are more than fair – even quite reasonable for the quality and quantity. The restaurant itself is lovingly decorated, with a charming oriental flair that immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. The service was warm, attentive, and very friendly. When we return to Rome, an evening at Persiana is definitely on our itinerary. Absolutely recommended—a real insider tip!

22/06/2025: I celebrated my birthday and I was very surprised by the dinner with really good dishes and very well presented, the prices are fair, you can enjoy a quiet dinner and then have fun in company with music. The cocktails are not bad either.

03/07/2025: Very large place with plenty of space both inside and outside. Ideal for escaping the heat of the city. It offers typical Roman cuisine. Quick service and careful presentation. Overall we started with a glass of bubbles accompanied by friggitelli, Roman-style artichokes, pasta with artichokes, bacon and pecorino cheese, finishing with a mango sorbet. All very good.
