We found the perfect combination: a gluten-free pizzeria for my daughter, with an excellent pizza that has nothing to envy of a normal pizza, and for us, excellent pizza, fabulous supplì and above all, the friendly waitress finally!

As a supplì lover, I definitely approve theirs. It’s served super hot and the ragú is really good. I’ll come back for this for sure.
For the pizza (classic bianca), the combination of flavors of La Romana is great. It was surprisingly not overwhelmingly salty as I expected given the toppings. However, I’m quite disappointed with the quality of the base - it was inconsistently cooked because some parts were burnt while some parts were not well-done.

A paradise for celiacs. The entire menu is available gluten-free, with fantastic fried foods and excellent pizza. The dough is well-leavened, light, and generously topped with toppings. The atmosphere is a bit noisy.

A pizzeria in the Anagnina area with truly excellent gluten-free options. Wait times are excellent and well-managed. For those with gluten intolerances, it's a real treat: the pizza is delicious and not rubbery like it often is elsewhere. Wide selection on the menu and absolutely reasonable prices. Recommended.

Despite our reservation being cancelled due to our negligence, we were reassured, and after a short wait, we were seated. The fried foods, pizzas, and gluten-free pizza were excellent. The apple pie was delicious. Plus, the girls and their mother were so welcoming. We'll be back soon...just keep an eye on the outcome of our reservation!
