MaMa-Ya Ramen In Roma

Today was the first time I ate at this place. Really very nice place, ideal both for couples and for a dinner with friends. Warm and welcoming environment. Fast, precise and tidy service. Dishes as beautiful as they are good: I tried their bao with pork, slightly spicy (but not too much), but highly recommended. Their super delicious grilled meat gyoza (so good you had to order 2 portions). And then him: a real "MR. RAMEN". I ordered the one with beef and double meat (the pork belly you can add is so good it should be a crime not to get it!) the sweet? Well I actually took two: a very delicate strawberry cheesecake and, for second dessert, a tofu cake. Both excellent and I also highly recommend the desserts because they are TOP. Speaking of the staff? Infinitely exquisite staff! the owner of the restaurant came to introduce herself in person: she was very clear about the explanation of the various dishes and the way in which they were served. The waitresses were all very quick, kind and very cute, always smiling and all super helpful with requests (praise also to the chefs behind the scenes obviously). Japanese cuisine restaurant on Ostiense. Local with few seats (I recommend booking) but nice and well-kept. The food is excellent. Nice to look at and tasty. The staff is super friendly and will explain their dishes to you as best as possible

I got their Tonkotsu ramen and the broth was very heavy and the noodles very thick. Maybe it’s preference but this is not reminiscent of the quality found elsewhere or in Japan.

Nice place with seats also outside, fast service, excellent ramen with the possibility of many Japanese beers and other à la carte dishes. Maybe a little expensive.

Optimal!!! Apart from the dessert which we paid 9 euros (off the menu) but it wasn't worth it, in fact we didn't even understand the excessive price for 4 scoops of cream with crunchy granules on top...from the description it seemed like everything was different. 🤔🤔😐😐

Pranzo della domenica e voglia di ramen. Decidiamo di provare ed il locale pieno non ci ha fatto desistere. Ci sistemano al bancone vista cucina e da lì in poi è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Dal ramen al bao, dai gyoza al dolce è stato tutto eccellente. Locale molto curato, servizio impeccabile e Mariana è una splendida padrona di casa. È diventato il nostro locale preferito. Noi torneremo presto ed a voi lo consiglio vivamente. Bravissimi!!

Un ramen che sa di ramen, e non di glutammato o robacce varie. Ottimi anche gli onigiri e i gyoza, fatti da loro: tutto un altro sapore rispetto ad altri ristoranti provati. E poi la gentilezza, simpatia, disponibilità e attenzione (sono un persona allergica anche da contaminazione ad alcuni alimento) del personale di sala e in cucina, sono stati impagabili! Non è stata una serata a cena a fuori, è stata una vera coccola per il palato e per il cuore! Complimenti per tutto! Torneremo sicuramente :)
