I've been to this very beautiful and unique pub. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner is a pleasant and welcoming person. The food is good, and there's a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Overall, I recommend it.

Great little spot for a drink. Very tourist-friendly and good prices. Plenty of drinks on tap to choose from and obviously Guinness (a pretty good one) if the Irish bar aspect wasn't a dead giveaway. Visited in the middle of the day in February so not exactly peak tourist season but still had a fair crowd, spoke to a few fellow tourists and locals with an all around good vibe in this place. Great atmosphere, great staff, great drinks. What else more could you need only a quick walk from the Colosseum.

My husband and I found this bar when it was raining, we ended up going back the next day to play darts again and drink some wine. The bartender, Francesco, was amazing. Super good time and super good vibes.

A Guinness hotspot, I was so impressed I wrote a review. I stopped by late at night to buy a cola nearby and went in without even looking at the reviews. Between the draft beer and the Guinness, the Guinness was insane. If I visit Rome again, I definitely think I'll come back to have Guinness. The cream on top is savory, like chocolate cream. I enjoyed the regular lager too.

Easy-going Bar for a pint, Shot or hanging out. Owner himself behind the counter. Service and atmos both on par. Will come again!

Bar Basilica San Paolo

20/05/2026: Basilica of Saint Paul Outside the Walls is absolutely worth visiting. First, there are barely any people here. Really almost no crowds. Second, it does not have all the barriers, chairs, and crowd control setup you see in many other famous churches in Rome, so you can actually enjoy the space quietly. What also makes this basilica special is that, unlike many famous churches in Rome, its origins go back to the 5th century. Even though it was destroyed in 1823, it was rebuilt almost exactly the same way. You can really feel the process of how the Romans transformed their architectural style into a Christian church. It is a bit far from the main tourist area, maybe around ten something minutes by taxi, but definitely very worth it.

Borgo del Cacchione

01/02/2026: Everything was truly delicious, from the raw fish tasting to the steaks to the desserts. The revisited Jewish-style artichokes with a special sauce were also excellent. The rustic atmosphere was very nice... just a little noisy.
24/01/2026: We celebrated a birthday with 50 people here at Borgo del Cacchione and were very satisfied. The room reserved for us was very welcoming, the staff were extremely kind and attentive, and the dishes were exquisite (Roman specialties, meat, and excellent vegetarian options). Everything went perfectly thanks to the team's professionalism and their attention to detail.
