Every time I return to Rome it's a must for me to have a pizza at Eligio with my friends, perhaps after a day at Villa Pamphili. My favorites are the four cheeses with truffles and the spicy marinara. The pizza dough faithfully reproduces the Platonic idea of ​​crunchiness. The fried foods are also very good; the aubergine croquette stands out, while their supplì I consider ordinary.

attratto dalle recensioni, ho voluto provare questa pizzeria che sembra essere un istituzione. ho preso 2 tipi differenti, e devo dire si la qualità dell impasto si sente...ma i prezzi al kg delle pizze sono molto al di fuori della media della zona. Pizzeria molto piccola, ci sono delle sedie fuori per mangiare.
