10/11/2025: A terrible breakfast experience. Sabrina was rude and showed no enthusiasm for her work. She treated us very badly. Zero out of ten for service.

05/11/2025: It is directly opposite Termini railway station. The staff there are impeccably kind. They served all pilgrims with utmost respect and attention despite the big numbers and immense pressure. But above all they were very honest to detail. It is also very clean. A big round of applause to all the staff. I can visit the place again and again.

01/08/2025: High prices for an aperitivo. Slow table service (you have to call them repeatedly before they come to you).

02/11/2025: Authentic and excellent food, with the care and attention to detail typical of "homemade" dishes. I've finally found a place I can return to with confidence. Excellent first and second courses, especially if you trust the recommended dishes and the daily specials, as we did. We'll be back very soon. Absolutely fair prices, fast service.

01/10/2025: We tried to order takeout pizzas for a week, but it was impossible. Each time, they gave a different excuse or simply didn't answer the phone. We're very sorry, but the service and customer service are truly poor.

21/10/2025: A bitter taste... Disgusted because the prices in stores are much higher than on their official website and also on Amazon... Store price for a Venus Bronze 4 cups: 60 euros... Official website price: €48.90... Amazon price: €25... It's truly disgusting because it really spoils the experience. So what should I recommend? Buy in store and pay even more than the price on the official website? However, I thank the salesperson (black hair, black beard) for his kindness and advice. You can tell he loves his job.

28/09/2025: We asked the store clerk if we could try the coffee and she gave us a sample, then the store owner shouted at us saying that it wasnt for public use and ashamed us of being thieves. After understanding the situation he didnt even apologize and watched us with a weird look the whole time. We were shocked…

06/07/2025: The place has potential, which is not exploited due to the terrible service. We were there as a group - in order to eat we had to ask for an order 3 times - the last time going directly to the kitchen. There is no menu. The story was repeated with the drinks. Food arrived at the table and after 3 requests we were able to drink. I will avoid comments on the food. There was a band that was treated very badly by the regulars of the place because in their opinion they did not play the right songs for the evening - supported by the owner who started making jokes in front of everyone by mentioning the name of the band out loud. Too bad!

17/06/2025: Informal atmosphere and good food. Outdoor location in a beautiful green setting and with a parachute club that prepares launches and landings. Children have space to play.

29/10/2025: What a disappointment for my daughter's 10th birthday cake! I ordered a cake specifically requesting it be exactly like the one in the window (the girl had chosen her favorite colors, yellow and green), but when I picked it up (just minutes before her friends' party), the cake was decorated in pink and orange. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that the pastry chef uses this color scheme for girls. I have no complaints about the quality of the cake, but I'm still disappointed for the little girl who was waiting for her yellow and green cake. This behavior is not at all appreciated and shows no attention to the customer's request.

26/10/2025: My family and I have been going to this pastry shop for years now!! Pastries, mini pastries, cakes, tarts, frappes... We've tried everything! A GUARANTEE! Everything fresh and excellent! I also recommend it for a last-minute dessert or a birthday celebration because they'll write your birthday wishes or a message on the cake you choose on the spot. They even have candles.

04/10/2025: Scandalous. We ordered at 8, it arrived at 10:00 PM, and that's it. The meat was dry or raw, and after waiting two hours, for me and many others, it was terrible service, to say the least. I'm sorry, but I wouldn't come back like many others, and the atmosphere was really warm.

07/05/2025: We had an amazing dinner yesterday, few hours before and it was amazing. The entrees and main dish, mine was lasagna was very good but the Tiramisu was heavenly, V. V. Good I do recommend it 100%

10/06/2025: Sono stato in questo locale sulla Darsena di Fiumicino per un pranzo e purtroppo non mi è piaciuto nulla di quello che ho ordinato, dell'insalata di polpo, durissima con patate mezze crude, allo spaghetto alle vongole senza sapore e mezzo crudo, ai crocché al gusto d'olio...mai più grazie!

13/05/2025: We were not fooled by the very kitsch location and we went in. It was quite late and we appreciated the fact that you could still have lunch on April 25th. The service was kind but inexperienced and a little inattentive... I had to ask for a plate several times to share the dish with my partner and a plate to throw away the empty clam and mussel shells. There was a lot of fish in the pasta, excellent flavour for our seafood scialatiello. The fried calamari and prawns were very good, the prawns were much larger so the cost was justified. Prices were still above average, especially considering the water and the service which make your bill rise a lot. You decide whether to go, the food was still very good.

25/02/2025: If you read the labels on packaged products, you'll notice that not all of them are all that healthy and natural. Furthermore, it's a chain for rich people, as is well known.

02/10/2025: Excellent hotel, a beautiful villa with a stunning park and view, plus the food is excellent. It's worth a try. I have no idea how much it costs, because I was a guest.

20/07/2025: I'm sorry, but my experience was extremely negative. First of all, the hotel was poorly renovated; the appliances, including the air conditioning, were extremely old and poorly functioning. It's located in a spot where there's no internet or phone service, and although they had Wi-Fi, it was unstable and low-quality. I arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon and, despite this, found my room dirty, so I was given it and told them it was clean. The restaurant was available on request, but most of the time I found it closed for "rest." Breakfast was poor. Since I was on business, I also heard reports from other colleagues, some of whom reported finding cockroaches in their rooms. Despite requesting a cleaning, the room was certainly cleaner than before, but not at the level of a 3-star hotel, which isn't even that cheap.

13/06/2025: There was 4 of us looking for a nice restaurant for our last night in Rome. I found this one - excellent rating. When we eventually found it, we had to queue for about 10 minutes, then seated down the side of the restaurant (first reaction was that it seemed out of the way). We all ordered our meals and drinks, my husband got his first (a pizza), then about a minute or two later, spaghetti bolognese arrived for one of our friends. About 2 minutes more, my mushroom ravoli appeared. We were still waiting for one meal (beef steak strips) - that appeared 12 minutes after the first dish had arrived at the table. The steak was requested to be medium, and it appeared to be rare to medium rare - accompaniments of potatoes and rice were cold. My husband complained a couple of times and the wait staff seemed afraid of confront. But after asking for the bill, we noticed that the steak and a dessert had been comped. Definitely won't be going back, if we go back to Rome.

13/06/2025: Who’s writing these reviews?! Did we go to the same place? This is essentially Olive Garden in Italy. Have you Alfredo pasta and baked potatoes surrounded by zero Italians. The service is bad. The food is very bad. The drinks are tasty but this isn’t a bar. There’s so many other places to eat in Rome, let this be the review you believe
