03/10/2025: Unspeakable. If I could, I'd give everything 0 stars. We booked an after-dinner drink for seven people, and after a 30-minute wait, they seated us half on a low sofa and half on chairs. We waited over 20 minutes to order, and then our drinks (undrinkable cocktails) arrived in plastic cups... The location was nice, but the management was appalling. Never again!

01/10/2025: Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. There is a nice twist on classic Italian dishes to make them new and interesting. The tris di montanare starter was mostly delicious, except the cheddar cheese on top of one of them tasted like a slice of cheddar from the supermarket and not a crema di cheddar. The stuffed calamari was only ok. It didn't have much taste and the fried fish platter had a bit too much pepper. The pasta dishes were delicious and the argentinian meat was good but slightly overcooked. We asked for raw and it came out medium, but it was very tender and good anyways. the desserts are fun and different as well. We had the tiramisu sbagliato. It's very sweet and it's a large piece, but if you have a sweet tooth, it's perfect. The interior of the restaurant is modern and very casual for the space and menu, so it doesn't quite fit together. It's also chilly because of the wall of windows in the front of the space. The qr code menu was hard to do for our older guests. The qr code is too small and hard to get on the camera. The menu on the website is small and hard to zoom in for some people (ones that aren't good with phones). Qr codes were helpful for the pandemic and help reduce paper waste, but some people still need a menu to read, so please keep that in mind. I would recommend giving this menu a try though as we enjoyed trying some new Italian dishes.

22/06/2025: We booked by phone to come and eat pizza, but we were really disappointed. We sat down and were greeted by a guy who was also a bit arrogant, who started with "did your colleague tell you on the phone that you can only pay in cash, due to the lack of communication of the POS?" We moved on to the order, completely unworthy, he told us that it was the wrong evening, because he didn't have a series of ingredients and he couldn't even make a bruschetta with tomato, because he didn't have bread. Inedible pizzas, my pizza with buffalo mozzarella was a margherita and my partner's pizza with sausage was raw. When it came to paying, it felt like we were on the black market, he didn't even have change to give us and was making offers by deducting our bill. Finally, he didn't even give us the receipt. BEWARE, AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ON THE FORK, OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THEY DON'T LET YOU PAY BY CARD WITH THE EXCUSE OF A FAILED CONNECTION OR THAT THE POS DOESN'T WORK. BE CAREFUL, THEY'VE BEEN INVENTING THIS THING FOR A MONTH (always reading the various reviews). What can I say, absolutely avoid it, you should close down, you are not competent in the matter and you say a lot of nonsense, because it is convenient for you not to let us customers pay by card.

17/04/2025: Posto fantastico, perfetto per stare in compagnia, cibo sublime e personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente meglio che in Francia!

13/04/2025: Ristorante di cucina tipica francese di varie zone della Francia, personale sempre cortese e attento al cliente, cibo di qualità con proposte "tradizionali" di piatti conosciuti (crêpes, omelette, zuppa di cipolle etc...) e di altri piatti di cucina francese forse meno conosciuti ma ugualmente raffinati e apprezzabili. Vasta scelta anche di dolci, sempre raffinati e di ottima fattura, oggi ce n'era uno molto bello, di cui allego la foto. Possibilità non solo di pranzare/cenare ma anche di fare colazione/brunch e di acquistare pane e altri prodotti dalla boulangerie, così come formaggi freschi e conserve varie. Consigliatissimo per un'esperienza diversa e se siete stati in Francia e apprezzate la cucina Francese e volete ritrovarvi i sapori autentici. Il conto è proporzionato alla proposta. Nota dolente il parcheggio, probabilmente la cosa migliore.è mettere l'auto al parcheggio interrato di Piazza Cavour.

26/10/2025: The worst. Better to stay hungry than eat in this place. Pizza is terrible. If I hadn't eaten pizza in other restaurants in Rome and only ate in this particular place, I would have thought that Italian pizza is a fairy tale. The prices are very high while the food is not worth it at all. But the service is even worse. They don't love what they do. They hate it and it shows. Stay away from them.

25/10/2025: The food was okay, but the service was not good and rather unpleasant. They constantly try to make money off you; if you order wine, a bottle is opened right at your table. The most outrageous thing, however, was the €17 service charge on the bill, along with the note that tips weren't included. Simply a tourist rip-off.

05/10/2025: I'm just saying, I ordered a Margherita with sausage and chips and a Coke, I got one with just mozzarella and a beer.

17/03/2025: Finally a business that combines professionalism in trained and competent staff, and high quality gastronomic products with top quality brands and a large assortment for both the bakery and pastry sectors. Upon entering this delicatessen you will find the place to do your daily shopping with fair prices and a quick service, in short, a truly good grocery store....PS. the gastronomo massimo is unsurpassed in cutting ham by hand with a cut that is nothing short of perfect to guarantee a unique experience of the quality hams present in the shop,,,,,highly recommended

19/08/2025: I visited the place a few days ago, two of us, for an aperitif. The drinks were good, as were the side dishes. The place is well-kept and ideal for couples or friends. It's well-located and offers a beautiful view of the gasometer. I'll definitely be back.

14/10/2025: My last memory in Rome is the best. The staff is wonderful, very skilled at making delicious and inviting cocktails. Thanks to Mahshid, who was very hospitable.

09/09/2025: I rate this hotel very highly – clean and nice rooms, a large balcony, and reading other reviews, everything worked, and the toilet worked. The room was air-conditioned and had a window. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, served buffet-style, but the waitress brought our chosen items to the plate, ensuring order and cleanliness. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options – from simple sandwiches to cakes and fruit. The location is excellent, close to the beach, where you can rent sunbeds (two sunbeds and an umbrella for 14 euros per day). However, you can also use the nearby public beach without sunbeds. The beach is very well-maintained and clean. Near the hotel are two small markets, a promenade, and a bus stop. However, we noticed that the part of town where the hotel is located is quieter, while the part near the Old Town and the Ferris wheel is noisier, more party-oriented, and more crowded. The only major downside was the lack of information about the pool closure. I think they should have informed the booking process that the pool will be closed when booking in September. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the sea and the pool. No one at reception informed us about this either. Only when we went there ourselves and saw the pool was covered did we ask if it was already closed, and we were told it was because it was too cold. We stayed from September 3rd to 6th, and other hotels still had their pools open, and the temperature was around 30°C. The jacuzzi was also closed, which is understandable, as it's better to use a hot tub when it's "cooler." Apart from that, everything was top-notch.

09/09/2025: Title: (NO) QUALITY and (POOR) SERVICE The impressive lobby could be deceptive: 4-star hotel room without a minibar or complimentary coffee maker. Bathroom worthy of a 2-3-star hotel. Questionable cleanliness (there was dust under the bed for the 3 days of our stay). Not to mention the rudeness of the receptionist the night we arrived: - he didn't let us into the hotel parking lot to unload our luggage. - he didn't help us with the room's air conditioning, which wasn't working; he said, "I'm not a maintenance man..." So, how do they give stars to hotels in Rimini? This one didn't deserve more than 2 stars... and anyway, politeness isn't measured in stars...

14/10/2025: Sara gave us an exceptional welcome. In addition to explaining the "secrets" of her products, she took Valery and me on a tour of her "norcineria." We purchased her products, her amaro, and exchanged wonderful insights for 10 minutes.

24/09/2025: Unsure about the bad reviews at this place - the owners were very kind. We had a plate of ham, mozzarella & fresh bread. Very nice to taste the produce this way!

20/07/2025: I celebrated my thirtieth birthday here and couldn't have expected anything better. I chose an area of the garden with fountains and a beautiful illuminated arch. The table was elegantly set, and the park, with its various gazebos, was fully illuminated. I received so many compliments on both the location and the service, not to mention the food. It's not easy to serve dishes when you have so many people, but here there were no problems; the dishes arrived hot and of excellent quality. You can choose from various areas where you can celebrate and various menus to suit every need. I recommend everyone, even those with children, to celebrate in this wonderful place, especially considering the presence of a young person who provided entertainment for the little ones—an unexpected surprise. Lastly, there was ample parking, which was no small feat, considering that most of my guests came from far away. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

29/07/2025: andati a pranzo abbiamo declinato la soluzione Buffet e ordinato alla carta. Tagliere per due con affettati e formaggi anonimi, buona una mozzarella di bufala da dividere. Mentre ancora non avevamo terminato l'antipasto ci portano i primi, ma mandati indietro perché sbagliati nel formato di pasta. Tornano i primi, gricia per entrambi, ma in realtà era una cacio e pepe con l'aggiunta di pancetta bollita, un primo è stato lasciato perché non era ciò che avevamo chiesto. Alla cassa ci viene chiesto se era tutto apposto e facciamo notare che non era stato mangiato un primo perché sbagliato, la risposta è stata metta il PIN , praticamente come avessimo risposto al vento. Cameriera gentile e sorridente, ma con troppa fretta di sparecchiare. Sarà stata la mia ultima esperienza

09/07/2025: Piacere Merola” è ormai un punto di riferimento nel nostro quartiere. Marco è sempre presente, disponibile e pronto a risolvere ogni esigenza con il sorriso. I piatti sono eccellenti, curati e con l’aggiunta della cucina romana il menu è diventato davvero irresistibile. La pizza è un altro punto forte: classica, gustosa, ma soprattutto leggera e super digeribile grazie a una lievitazione perfetta! Non solo ci veniamo spesso, ma portiamo a mangiare intere scuole di ballo… senza mai una lamentela! Tutti restano soddisfatti: accoglienza, qualità e atmosfera al top. Consigliatissimo, sempre!
