22/06/2025: Nice and helpful people, there were a lot of people but they were fast and professional, I will definitely come back.

22/06/2025: Terrible experience as a bar. The waitresses were uninterested and rude right from the start. When I asked for a juicer (which was clearly indicated on the sign above the counter), I was answered with a sarcastic laugh and a “we don’t make them”. I then ordered two fruit juices, which were practically thrown on the table, with evident reluctance. The icing on the cake: they threw away the bottles, still leaving some juice inside. Really disappointing service, I strongly advise against it.

11/05/2025: I hate talking like this, the food is terrible, I can't express my dissatisfaction, I didn't finish what I ordered and to gratify myself I immediately went to another restaurant to make up for it. To this day I don't understand how this restaurant can continue

28/08/2025: The atmosphere was a bit gloomy; to reach the rooms, you had to go underground, into spaces that weren't particularly welcoming. The room was small and poorly organized, with insufficient seating for the number of people present. There were only two microphones for 13 people, and they often malfunctioned. The staff was very rude, didn't give us any directions, and were very impolite when we asked for clarification. The bar area was also unexceptional.

23/08/2025: I visited the inn known as POLYGRAWMS yesterday with my squires Edwards, Rowberts, Fredericks, Samuels, and Alexanders. We found welcoming refreshments and delightful beverages, which enlivened our stay and refreshed our weary limbs. The cost of the services was commensurate with what we received. We will return. Long live POLYGRAMS.

05/07/2025: I think the owners has changed recently. If you’ve been there before and expecting the same quality on food also on service, you’ll be sorry. Sloppy staff and low quality food.

24/06/2025: El personal era increíble. Estábamos tan calientes y golpeados y simplemente dieron la vuelta a nuestro día! Estaban bromeando y conversando con nuestros hijos y eran tan divertidos! Las albóndigas eran increíbles todo estaba delicioso y a un precio justo con una gran vista!

24/08/2025: I understand why people give low ratings. The total shown to us was 39.60 euros, excluding tip. We paid by card without adding a tip, and the restaurant didn't even mention tipping, and they told us to leave without showing us the final card receipt. When we checked back at our accommodation, the final bill was 47.52 euros. We took it upon ourselves to leave a 20% tip.

21/08/2025: The food is good and the portions are decent. We ordered pasta and pizza. The service was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable. Charging tips is a bad American custom that Italians shouldn't copy.

07/07/2025: Locale datato,con arredamenti altrettanto datati e sporchi…confort del tavolo,quasi 0,con tovaglie stropicciate e piatto rotto…. Servizio (coperto 6 euro..),con soggetto che serve al tavolo con unghie sporche….. Potrei fermarmi così.. Vado avanti:cibo presentabile , il richiamo dei primi alla romana abbastanza succulenti… Conto salato per pietanze molto commerciali e mal servite..

15/02/2025: Eravamo in due,mangiato solo un primo tagliatelle ai funghi e ravioli tartufo e noci, devo dire con sorpresa ci hanno portato due bruschette con pomodoro due fiori di zucca due fettine di coppa e un paio di fettine di salame stagionato ottimo acqua e caffe 35 euro in due

20/08/2025: Try to avoid this place. No service, waitresses constantly worried about whether they're well dressed. Cocktails for €14.90 that aren't well made. Coke for €5.90, and then you get a can left on the table. Service charge, even though there was no service. Dirty outside, dirty restrooms; there are better places to eat.

17/08/2025: I ordered orange juice, and it came from a can. They didn't warn me when I ordered it that it wasn't natural juice. It was also at room temperature, not iced or chilled. Price: €5.90. They charged a cover charge when we ordered two drinks. I've never been charged a cover charge for a drink. Bad experience.

14/08/2025: An experience to forget! The pizza was the worst I've ever eaten at an Alice Pizza store. It was rubbery, tasteless, and way too expensive (when I paid, I understood why). In fact, €16 for four slices of pizza felt like lead! But the worst thing was the behavior of the two counter staff, who just went about their business instead of rushing to serve the customers. One of them, a foreigner, in particular, complained when I was handed cards three times, arrogantly telling me, "These don't work," and then you can't spend the ADI card here... I mean, I can't buy pizza with my inclusion allowance, which is a food item? When did that happen? It's never happened to me before. SO TO ALL ADI CARD HOLDERS, DO NOT GO GET PIZZA FROM ALICE PIZZA because you're probably not welcome! Especially in Porta di Roma.

12/08/2025: To say it was a terrible experience would be a compliment... I went there for a quick lunch. The server, a woman with long red hair, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very aggressive. Not to mention the burnt pizza, extremely salty and with a terrible dough, poor-quality cold cuts, and supplì fried terribly at a lower temperature than they should be, very oily and soggy. No tables, high prices for what they offer, i.e., very low-quality pizzeria. Never again. I emailed their customer service to report the location. 🤢🤮

20/04/2025: Ho acquistato un dolce che veniva menzionato come pastiera napoletana..pagata 25,00 euro circa 1 kg. Bè...ragazzi era una crostata con sapore e gusto di crema con addirittura cioccolata sul fondo....un dolce molto buono ma di pastiera napoletana neanche l'immagine...assurdo ne canditi ne arancia..nulla che assomigliasse lontanamente ad una pastiera ...se un napoletano l'avesse assaggiata penso che avremmo letto sui giornali la sua reazione ...consiglierei al pasticcere di fare un salto a Napoli e/o studiare meglio i dolci tipici prima di mettere un nome simbolo di una città straordinaria

20/04/2025: Ci vado da anni, ma mi dispiace è notevolmente peggiorato. Ho preso dei mignon per i bambini e molti erano pieni di alcool. Immangiabili anche per gli adulti.

28/08/2025: The service was very poor. Salads cost 15-20 euros, and only the top one is regular product, and the rest is just lettuce.

La ubicación es hermosa y encantadora, espaciosa, bien cuidada y rodeada de vegetación, perfecta para una noche con amigos o una ocasión especial. El ambiente logra el equilibrio adecuado entre elegancia y relajación, con un amplio espacio para disfrutar de su comida con comodidad. El servicio fue atento, eficiente y amable, con un personal bien capacitado siempre dispuesto a atender cualquier solicitud. El menú ofrece platos bien pensados, bellamente presentados con excelentes maridajes de ingredientes. Desde pizzas hasta platos de carne y marisco, todo se destacó por sus sabores claros y bien definidos y su cocción precisa. La carta de vinos es amplia e interesante, complementando un menú que combina con éxito tradición y modernidad con facilidad. QVINTO es una opción sólida en Roma para aquellos que buscan un entorno encantador, cocina de calidad y servicio profesional. Un lugar que recomendaría con mucho gusto y seguramente volveremos.

12/07/2025: Andato a prendere un drink con un paio di amici qualche giorno fa,Location carina ma consumazione obbligatoria di 20 euro Completamente fuori di testa.Per non parlare dei pistacchi e 4 olive che ci hanno portato per accompagnare il drink,ovviamente sotto richiesta nostra sennò dubito che ce li avrebbero portati.Io non dico che 20 euro di consumazione siano giusti o sbagliati.Peró effettivamente sono veramente alti come prezzi.Se volete farvi un drink e magari mangiare qualcosa vi sconsiglio il locale a questi prezzi.Premetto che era un dopo cena che non giustifica comunque il prezzo spropositato sapendo che è pieno di locali a Roma che anche alle 23 fanno taglieri e cibo da accompagnare al drink a 15 euro totali massimo.Non penso che torneremo mai
