10/10/2025: Unthinkable. We arrived at 8:15 PM after waiting almost 45 minutes at the register due to the chaos. We managed to pay. The receipt was issued at 8:51 PM, and it's now 10:20 PM and we've just finished eating. I had to go to the register with the receipt to ask for menus or get my money back. You're shameful!!! You didn't even bother to apologize!!!

06/10/2025: We went to this Mc for the first time for a birthday party and had a great time. For this type of event, there's a ground floor and an upper floor that's available for private use by those who book for their own party! The space was very large, the entertainer was very nice, and the atmosphere was private! I was pleasantly surprised ☺️

18/10/2025: I come to this bar every day for breakfast and lunch. The atmosphere is very lively, the staff are professional and friendly, and they make my breakfast right away as soon as I arrive! I highly recommend it.

10/10/2025: Great place to stop in for coffee or a drink. The staff are really friendly.

29/08/2025: A quick lunch is still great food. The bread for the sandwich was great and its was such a great blend of salty and savory. The capresi salad was excellent. Our 1st meal in Roma and it was a fantastic start.

05/10/2025: Not only an amazing coffee and croissant, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. We could not get a taxi on the aps and phone. The staff tried for us for 15 minutes and got us a cab. They did not have to do it, but they go that extra mile! Highly recommend it if you want great coffee and great service!

28/09/2025: We were served very well, but the pastries were spoiled. We bought a ricotta canolino and two chocolate ones, and both looked like they were made five days ago.

31/10/2025: A nice, clean bar with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food is pre-cooked but good and tasty. A truly nice place, worthy of a full 4 stars.

22/10/2025: Not recommended if you're visiting Rome. Exorbitant tourist prices: two lattes cost €18. They don't tell you the real cost, and the menu at the entrance lists different (much cheaper) prices. A disappointing and very unpleasant experience.

19/10/2025: Disappointed, very expensive for the poor quality offered. They charge €6 for a small, watered-down juice with ice that doesn't even look natural. When you're down to the last part, which is the most concentrated juice, the waitress comes and takes it away without asking. The toilet couldn't be flushed because it was broken and the soap dispenser was half-damaged.

04/04/2025: Amazing bar with good prices! I went there for breakfast recently; two cappuccinos and two cornettos at less than €6,00. The mugs were soooo cute (I'll add a picture, please note I had already started drinking my cappuccino lol), the cappuccino was good quality, and the cornettos were amazing! The paste itself was of an excellent quality and tasted great. My boyfriend got one with a lemon cream and I got one with plain cream and a drizzle of chocolate on top, it was delicious. Great service too!! We have also been there on a bar crawl a couple of times, the staff was great. It's a shame they didn't have tequila but we had lots of fun anyways.

20/07/2025: Ampi spazi anche all’aperto. Location piacevole. Menù con buona scelta sia come ristorante che pizzeria. Adatto anche a gruppi numerosi.

16/07/2025: Location accogliente non confusionaria, cibo di qualità e ben cucinato dagli antipasti alle pizze alle carni. Prezzo nella media. Un po’ scostante la signora alla cassa.

09/07/2025: Questa è una trattoria romana, ormai abbastanza turistica ma non troppo . Si mangia bene, porzioni abbondanti, servizio e trattamento senza troppi fronzoli, prezzi onesti. Se volete impiattanenti particolari e location chic andate da un' altra parte, se vi va la classica trattoria romanesca questa va benissimo. Ci sono stato più volte a distanza di anni e ci tornerò senza dubbio.

07/07/2025: Llegamos y nos sentaron inmediatamente. El menú era bueno, pedimos y nuestra comida comenzó a llegar y ¡fue un desastre! No hay vasos para nuestras bebidas, ni cubiertos, ni servilletas. La comida no fue traída con los elementos adecuados. Un ejemplo es que trajeron el pollo después de que todos terminaron de comer, pero no lo quitaron de la cuenta. La cuenta fue irreconocible porque simplemente sumaron todos los platos principales en un cargo de $ 50, luego pagamos la cuenta y estábamos sentados allí como lo hacen en Italia y el servidor literalmente comenzó a recoger nuestras bebidas que estábamos bebiendo y a limpiar la mesa. Fue la persona más grosera que hemos conocido en nuestras vidas. Darle dos estrellas a este restaurante es generoso porque la comida también era terrible.

04/02/2025: Well done, finally a pizza!!! Enough with those 10cm pizzas! The pizza must be rolled out like this, with the right edge, perfect cooking and good ingredients. Well done!

26/10/2025: I was seated immediately by a very pleasant host. Once seated, a server named Teresa came right over to my table with a big smile and a friendly greeting. Right from the start I expected I was in for a great experience, and I wasn't disappointed. The service from Teresa was exceptional from start to finish. Everything was timed perfectly, Teresa was very attentive, and the food exceeded my expectations. Teresa is by far one of the best servers I've ever had. Based on this experience alone I highly recommend Sorrisi.

25/10/2025: Excellent service! The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. I first came in for dessert and was so impressed by the service, atmosphere, and quality that I returned the next day to try their dishes. Highly recommended!
