This McDonald's is right outside Termini Station. Perhaps because the station is busy and crowded, it seems crowded here too. The Pistachio McFlurry is really delicious. The Big Mac is definitely a Big Mac.

The order was placed quickly, but they had forgotten the 3rd sandwich. I saw too late that they hadn't put it in and I didn't want to go back to ask for it. My advice is always when ordering takeout, check your order, anyone can forget. The prices are more or less normal and the sandwiches are also good.

07/04/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff is courteous. The terrace offers a very picturesque view of the square. The prices are high for the quality of the food. In a place like this, with an open kitchen, I would at least expect all the staff, including the chef, to wear a cap and comply with the hygiene standards set by the HCCP.
08/12/2025: Fantastic terrace, very kind and helpful staff, a truly welcoming and elegant atmosphere, we highly recommend it! Very good food! A pleasant discovery in Piazza Barberini! I will definitely be back.
