23/08/2025: The best trattoria in Rome, just like it used to be. Traditional Roman dishes, generous portions, cooked with skill and love by the great Loreto. Thank you for the wonderful stories you told me, which I could still hear while you were telling them, and I watched you in amazement, and for the evenings spent at the restaurant with my family. I will remember you with that calm and strength that distinguished you when you were working. I'm watching you from down here. Bye Lorè, kisses.

17/08/2025: We came all the way from the America to visit Rome am very disappointed with my experience at Sanctuary Pub in Rome. My friends and I went there for a night out, but instead of hospitality, we were subjected to racial profiling. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s behavior toward us was noticeably different compared to how they treated other customers. We were spoken to rudely, singled out, and made to feel unwelcome — simply because of our background. No one should ever be treated this way. What happened was unprofessional, discriminatory, and extremely hurtful.

17/08/2025: This place is hella racist we came from Canada and then they just lied to our coloured friends that the entry is only for 25 when we got I being just 23 and they even went on profiling others in queue. The person who looks like a lady in the gate even rolled her eyes when she saw my friend in line . Idk why they are still operating with these kind of behaviour towards people . Not surprised with the review on here on the same matter

01/08/2025: Historic setting with excellent products; the maritozzi are simply amazing and a must-try, and the pastries are inviting. One of the few places in Rome where the venezuela is homemade and not frozen. The owner is delightful and courteous. I discovered it by chance, but I'll be back often, even if I have to travel across Rome to get there.

10/06/2025: I go get two very simple coffees and I find myself having to argue with the owner because in 2025 I am not allowed to pay by card. I remind the lady that it is MANDATORY BY LAW to be able to pay even small amounts by card. Seeing that I am not the only one with this problem I will urge the right people. When you are advanced in age you either follow the pace or you close.

28/07/2025: One of the Abbachio Forno's specialties was served with long-stale fava bean puree, peppery spinach, and bland, juiceless meat. The street atmosphere is rather inviting, but don't linger.

24/07/2025: Tourist trap warning! I don't know if this is common in Italy because this restaurant was our first, but there's an 8-euro service charge (servizio) added to the bill. Uncooked pasta, carbonara swimming in egg yolk, tasteless Bolognese pasta, and a Caesar salad with 5 pieces of chicken, bread croutons, and green salad. Meal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). For the price, you can find better elsewhere and with a better atmosphere (servers pulling faces and not even responding to our comments).

18/07/2025: Terrible evening, terrible service, but after the already terrifying Temptation Island evening, you want to put on some music? Frozen pizza, that's all I'll say. Highly not recommended.

10/07/2025: First they confirmed our table, then half an hour before the reservation they canceled everything because they no longer had availability. Absurd. I will never, ever go back.

11/08/2025: We've been ordering pizza for years now, and I have to say it's always excellent. Delivery is usually on time. Today, however, we ordered and paid for two zucchini flowers, and only one arrived. A little more attention would be appreciated.

08/07/2025: Worst pizza ever. We have been customers for years and the place has always been a guarantee, but in the last month it has definitely gotten worse: they don't use mozzarella, the dough is not up to the previous one and overall the pizza is poor. A disappointment

28/07/2025: I come here almost every day to eat. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. It's a shame about the sushi rice, which for about a month now has become inedible, hard, and always extremely dry. It wasn't like this before, a great loss.

02/04/2025: Terrible food. I had other expectations, as seen in the pictures, but I was disappointed. The prices were very high for the dishes they made, and I think it's too much to give a restaurant one star.

08/03/2025: When they started, the jelly that came in the marine duo was mixed and very tasty, now it is just a little bit of fried fish. In conclusion, the quality of the dishes has decreased and deteriorated but the prices have increased.

26/06/2025: A truly dreadful experience. We were served bread to start that was half eaten by rodents, which the server tried to dismiss by saying it was ‘just the birds’ - this was unacceptable. The spinach in the salad was wilted, Parmesan stale. The lobster with the spaghetti was overcooked, and the carbonara was undercooked. The service was okay but it is not a place that I would return to. Stay away.

22/06/2025: Good meal, decent service. The risotto and pizzas are also good. The tiramisu is highly recommended.

03/09/2025: The prices for an aperitivo were high compared to the portions offered. The Hugo Spritz had too much syrup and was cloying. Overall, I wouldn't return, especially considering that, after a quick comparison with the menu, the price seems to have been raised by a couple of euros.
