I LIVE IN LADISPOLI, A CITY ON THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA. TODAY I HAD LUNCH AT LA CERTOSA. EXCELLENT FOOD, VERY FRESH FISH, AND VERY LARGE PORTIONS. PRICES ARE MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR WHAT YOU GET. AN INTERESTING EXPERIENCE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

A simple trattoria that showcases the beauty of the region through traditional cuisine, crafted with locally sourced ingredients and artisanal preparations. We shared an appetizer, accompanied by sautéed chicory and Roman-style artichokes. This was followed by three portions of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, truly excellent. To finish, three fresh desserts: two coffee creams and freshly baked wine donuts, simply amazing, all washed down with coffee. Total: €52. I'd say there's nothing more to say. Highly recommended.

Simplicity is the key. Plastic tables, paper tablecloths, basic service. But the seafood dishes are very good. Admittedly, the atmosphere is quite dated.

14/06/2026: Delightful breakfast. The croissant dell’imperatore meet my expectations. Others in my group ordered an omelette and felt it was undercooked. Overall, a nice cozy restaurant to have an Italian breakfast.
12/06/2026: I eat egg Benedict with salmon. The presentation of the meal was okey. I expected some greens on the side. Usually, two eggs and muffins are served. Here, only one was served. The English muffin underneath was very hard. But the prices are sooo high for a breakfast like this. At this price you can eat dinner on the nice restaurant.
