06/08/2025: The pizza is not good at all, it seems like you are eating a rubber, the tomato is raw and has no flavour, the supplì also the rice is half raw and half cooked, the mozzarella is tasteless, I do not recommend it to anyone, DO NOT ORDER

13/04/2025: Ho per caso sentito parlare di questa pizza Erica premiata e ho voluto provarla da sporto…pizza napoletana, ti deve piacere e a Roma se la contende con quella romana, ma qui, a Roma, trovare qlcsa che nn sia solo napoletano ma che rievochi la bontà della pizza di giù non è cosa scontata… La loro pizza è fantastica, gustosa, con prodotti di qualità e buona anche fredda!!! Uagliù provatela, io credo di esserne diventata dipendente!!!

24/10/2025: I'm sorry, but I also have to leave a negative review because I had a terrible experience with takeout pizza. Round takeout pizza with a pre-cooked crust. Excessive amount of low-quality mushrooms and mozzarella. The pizza was very heavy. To be clear, a Margherita pizza with toppings usually weighs about 380 g, precisely because it has a light dough and is easy to digest. I weighed the pizza at home and it weighed 900 g. It weighed three times as much as a regular pizza. It seemed like an American-style pizza to me. I'm sorry, because I'm someone who prefers to contribute to the neighborhood and its communities. But the quality needs to improve. I hope this gives food for thought, since I've read other negative comments about it.

29/09/2025: A rather unfortunate situation arose at the "Back to School" student party last Saturday. Students who had purchased tickets regularly found the doors barred because there were too many people in attendance. This meant that more tickets were printed than the number of people allowed into the venue, and the money was still taken. This sparked discontent and fights to the point that the police had to be called. A situation that put the students' safety at risk. Unspeakable.

21/09/2025: AWFUL PLACE. I celebrated my birthday last night. Terrible organization, terrible empathy, and unmotivated and inappropriate staff! I was originally supposed to have an aperitif, but that didn't work out because you can't pay €20 per person for a small plate of appetizers passed off as a platter, with a drink that would cost €5 when served in "restaurant" style. I then asked for a change of plans to have it after dinner, but they didn't tell me that after dinner had a separate charge of €15 per person for a drink they couldn't even prepare. Because the place is being passed off as a "nightclub," which is nothing like a nightclub. Some guests arrived before me and were refused entry because I had to pay the entrance fee, and they asked, "Who pays for you or the birthday girl?" Incompetent and unprofessional people. Why could they call me at this point and tell me there are people here, she pays? No, they're not asking the guests. Which also shocked me because I didn't know about this "extra charge" for the nightclub. At the entrance, they charged me money for portioning a cake that wasn't even cake! Without even asking me what they were, and they were just pastries. Never again. The worst place in Castel Gandolfo.

25/10/2025: We sat down at 8:30 PM. It took half an hour to get drinks, and the appetizers from the menu were at 9:30 PM. At 10:20 PM, we were still waiting for the pizzas. It may be a cheap place, but if you don't want to ruin your evening, this is a place to avoid.

29/09/2025: I went there for dinner to eat paella. The paella had turned into rice and peas with some traces of fish. The mussels were so small that it was difficult to open them. The price was 40 euros for two people, rice and peas.

17/06/2025: E' il ristorante del hotel Best Western Globus, che offre la colazione e il pranzo al piano di sotto e la cena al roof-garden. Una grande varietà di pietanze, pranzo completo dal antipasto al dolce, caffè e acqua incluso. Per 15 euro, fai un pranzo come ti pare. Anche se tutto è self-service, il personale è presente e sempre disponibile. Provato già un paio di volte e lo consiglio vivamente. A presto!

28/05/2025: I can say that after Vivenda restaurant service at Sapienza quality of meals and service getting lower day by day. Taste of meals and ventilation of restaurant is very bad. I do not use this mensa anymore, its waste of money spending this kimd of students meals. Please respect students and their money. Give better meals amd service for students.

26/07/2025: Il posto è senza dubbio carino, le sale un po' buie e molto calde, aria condizionata praticamente nulla. Siamo stati per un compleanno in famiglia, le cotolette di abbacchio, sono state servite completamente bruciate, immangiabili, le lombate molto dure, il polletto idem, bruciato. Buoni gli antipasti, ma Insomma., una delusione. Peccato.

20/07/2025: We have found this restaurant in a food guide published on Reddit, and we were not disappointed. The location is quite central and close to major attractions. The atmosphere is charming and inviting with beautiful design that compliments an overall gastronomical experience. The food was delicious and flavorful providing an immersive insight into the Italian cuisine.

31/05/2025: Cena con amici in questo locale tanto rinomato tanto famoso anche per merito del programma 4 ristoranti con borghese Abbiamo preso come antipasto delle polpette di chianina fritte che per carità erano semplici polpette, la chianina non si sentiva purtroppo. Carbonara nella media dei locali roma, sia come quantità che come prezzo , invece il ragù bianco che abbiamo preso possiamo dire che era buono. Come secondo una tartare di manzo che per il prezzo che veniva ci saremmo aspettati un sapore unico invece si sentiva solo il pepe e le spezie, poco sapore e gusto di carne cruda ( che in una tartare deve prevalere) Polpette di bollito devo dire due bombe a mano. Molto grandi. Anche qui, Panatta top, interno asciuttino Nel complesso direi esperienza nella media. Personale simpatico e squisito nulla da dire.

30/05/2025: Piccolo locale al pigneto a Roma. Possibile mangiare anche fuori. Arredamento da osteria , tavoli apparecchiati con posti all’americana, impressione di igiene non al top ( impressione , probabilmente la tovaglietta viene sanificata dopo ogni cliente). La toilette, malgrado i numerosi clienti è pulitissima. Carta dei vini congrua. Il cibo è sulle montagne russe , alcuni piatti superlativi : carbonara, ceciata , tiramisù ; altri buoni : ragù bianco , polpette di chianina , dessert alla ricotta ; altri sufficienti : amatriciana ; altri immangiabili : crema catalana . Il servizio è lodevole : veloce , simpatico e professionale . Nulla si può fare per i cani ammessi ormai nei ristoranti , altrimenti le lobby protestano . I venditori ambulanti non sono fastidiosi e pure loro visto il contesto ambientale non si possono eliminare . Il prezzo dei piatti e congruo , si spende a secondo di quello che si mangia e beve , tutto ben evidenziato e scritto non possono esserci sorprese. Una serata serena e piacevole in una zona per me sconosciuta della capitale.

22/08/2025: Welcoming place, excellent food, reasonable prices, the only thing I was disappointed with was that I was charged for two bruschetta (really excellent by the way) even though the waiter had brought them to my table on his own initiative, offering them to welcome me. I was only disappointed about the appearance, but appearance often weighs more than money, considering I only paid one euro each. In any case, I will be back, and with a bunch of friends 👌👌👌👍👍👍 p.s. It's family-run and you eat with plastic plates and cups... only the cutlery is steel. Tables and benches surrounded by greenery and four-legged friends accompanying the splendid view 🐱🐰

01/11/2025: The worst pizza in years, and nowhere near Italian standards. Any frozen, reheated pizza from 5:00 am is far superior. The waiter was remarkably arrogant. The drink prices were outrageous (no wine under 35, except for the house wine, which was 20), and water was 4...). And to top it all off, it was freezing inside.

20/09/2025: NEVER AGAIN. Order placed on Just Eat at 7:00 PM, requesting it as soon as possible. Immediate response: 58 minutes delivery, I say basically fine. At 8:10 PM, the order was listed as delivered, but obviously nothing was found. Called the restaurant at 8:30 PM, no news from the delivery person. The delivery person arrived at 9:25 PM, a full two hours later, and the delivery person admitted they had only left 10 minutes earlier. The pizza was awful, too; it was springy, with leaky mozzarella that punctured the pizza, and it was heavy. EVERYTHING BAD, the phone support was completely useless, as the guy didn't even know where the order was after two hours. DO NOT ORDER.

08/08/2025: I've been there for lunch/dinner three times. I must say the quality isn't bad at all for the price. The restaurant is well-maintained, and dinner in the garden is lovely.

26/10/2025: For my son's graduation party, we entrusted Monica, the owner of Il Pellicano bar, and we couldn't have made a better choice! Monica was extremely helpful and professional, taking care of every detail with care and kindness. The buffet was rich and plentiful, with an excellent variety of both sweet and savory options. The pizza and fried foods were truly delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The kids were thrilled, and my son made a wonderful impression. Thank you so much to Monica and her staff for making this day so special!

25/10/2025: Unfortunately our food wasn't anything special, the Cabonarra was really greasy and didn't look appealing either, sorry, and the pizza was okay but so thin. The atmosphere was really nice, we sat outside even though there was a paper tablecloth it was totally fine, the staff were nice and friendly, you have to admit that.

03/12/2024: This review will not provide information on the quality of the cuisine, which would appear to be of a good standard from the personal reports I received, but on the quality and professionalism of the owners. I am a fan of Campania cuisine, and by virtue of the good reviews received from trusted friends, I decide to discover this place. I sign up on the Facebook social page, I ask if the dish on the "zite alla Genovese" menu is always available or is it off-menu, and I inform them that I would soon book with a group of friends to try their cuisine, in particular that dish of which we are fond of. "We are waiting for you with open arms", this is the comment on the Facebook page, to which I also put a sappy little heart. This morning I book via the Wa channel, I request 14 places for Saturday 14 December. I was immediately informed that due to an event already scheduled for that date, they could not accept my request. They apologize and at the same time invite me to propose an alternative date. I propose to bring it forward to Friday 13 December; unfortunately the venue is not available for that date either. I therefore suggest moving to the following weekend, Friday 20th or Saturday 21st December, I leave it up to them to choose the day according to availability, however, keeping in mind that there will no longer be 14 of us, but between 8 and 10 people. After a few minutes, I was informed by telegram that the restaurant does not accept table reservations. Thank you for your interest. Stunned by such a response, I highlight the lack of transparency and contradictory nature of their behavior, I invite them to provide the correct information on the social pages they manage, and to quantify the number beyond which the reservation cannot be accepted as it is considered a "table" . (from the exchange of messages I deduce that the limit must not exceed 8 people, but I suggest asking for confirmation). So, if you want to try the cuisine of this place together with other people, know that there is a numerical limit to be able to access; if, unfortunately, you are a typical family of 4 people who would like to spend an evening with another typical family dear to them, also of 4 people, avoid calling them, or book separately. I must say that the managers apologized after my complaints, blaming a collaborator who was not aware of the ban on taking tables. Professionalism and customer care are fundamental, and are not only expressed in the refinement of the quality of the raw materials and in knowing how to cook them. But also by communicating, on websites or on Facebook or Instagram pages, by virtue of clarity and transparency, one's legitimate business choices, such as not taking reservations above a certain limit. And above all, avoiding communicating it telegraphically and abruptly, after a morning of exchanging messages and after the client has proposed 3 other alternative dates at their invitation. For me, for my 14 friends, this place does not deserve to be visited anymore. We need to give positive energy only to those who deserve it.

17/11/2024: Recommended by a friend, I went to this place for dinner with my wife. We ordered and ate everything; from appetizers to dessert. We were very satisfied as all the dishes were of excellent quality. The service was also fast and the managers were very friendly and approachable.
