08/03/2025: Update March 2025: Always delicious products (Soya Cappuccino, Croissants, Sandwiches filled to perfection!!) Young and friendly environment. Excellent Value for Money Considering All the Increases in Activities in the Area and Outside. I went to the Caffetteria Dell'Allievo for breakfast and then for lunch. I found fresh, quality products. The environment is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Well done guys, keep it up!

15/05/2025: We walked in just trying to find a place to eat, we got our food and it was cold and not good at all, we ordered a hamburger which came out not rested and bloody, completely raw. The pasta was cold, and the chicken was dry. If u want a good place to eat go next door!

24/02/2025: Why did we stop there?! Cold pizza, without flavors...a frozen one would have been better! Nice service but having the aperitif in the middle of the pizza...meh.

17/08/2025: I can't describe a culinary experience because I haven't eaten here, but I can only say that I found it very rude. These restaurants are part of a chain called BuonRicordo, where if you eat their signature dish, you're given a collectible painted plate. I realize I didn't eat, but I asked if I could pay full price for that dish. I was given a firm NO without even batting an eyelid, with such arrogance that I immediately left. It's not the first time I've tried this request; I've never had the same reaction from the restaurant owners, who usually spend time explaining the dishes, offering some background information, and sometimes even pulling out some real gems—special collector's edition dishes—and offering them, or at least just chatting. I think these restaurants rely heavily on this kind of customer-restaurant owner relationship, which is something this trattoria apparently lacks from the owner.

21/07/2025: It deserves five stars: the food is perfectly served, refined, and very tasty. The service is excellent, friendly, and efficient. Finally, the atmosphere is unique, with many charming details. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I recommend it.

26/08/2025: The sfogliatelle were good, both pistachio and chocolate. The coffee wasn't as good: no table service, I spilled it at the counter and paid for it without any problem, but the coffee they served was stained and cold.

20/06/2025: This place is a must if you're looking for a spot to have a good time dancing to Spanish music (bachata, cumbia, merengue, salsa) while also enjoying some great drinks. My friends and I felt safe and loved the atmosphere and the awesome bartender! Just be careful when you leave the bar. Be aware of your surroundings. We ordered an Uber, it was much safer than taking the bus.

01/09/2025: The waiter was rude and very unprofessional. The restaurant was almost empty, and we all ate at completely different times, with fairly long waits. I also didn't like the billing system: prices were written haphazardly, without a breakdown of the price. I probably won't be as disappointed as I was this time again.

31/08/2025: The service was inattentive and even a bit rude. The wait was long, but that was probably due to the express cooking and that's fine. It's a shame that I didn't really like any of the food; the dishes were either very salty or completely tasteless. The à la carte menu was average. You can really find much, much better in Rome.

07/08/2025: There may be barely 10 tables and the place was half empty, but the staff didn't even glance at our table for 15 minutes after we sat down. Then, the first course arrived 45 minutes later. The smell that permeates the entire restaurant is organic, sticky, and lingering. There's only one waiter, conspicuously indifferent and disinterested, covering the entire restaurant, bringing out one dish at a time—when he's not on his phone in the dining room, checking out Facebook while customers wait. I can't even comment on the food: the vinegar and soy sauce are the same color and are served in two identical bottles, except for the labels, which are written in Chinese (so it's fifty-fifty for whatever you want on your plate). The menu was poorly translated, the allergen list was never provided, and woe betide anyone who asks the owner for a paper copy unless they want an irritated response. Not recommended even to your worst enemy.

21/05/2025: La cortesia e la professionalità dei camerieri coniugati con l'ottimo cibo cucinato nell'importante camino hanno determinato le mia convinzione a tornare più volte in questo ristorante. Mi sembra di essere a casa. I primi e la carne alla brace squisiti, cosi come il tiramisu fatto in casa. Prezzi molto ragionevoli per la qualità del cibo e del servizio. Non scrivo abitualmente recensioni ma questa volta se la meritano tutta. Complimenti per il posto e la gestione.

08/05/2025: Veramente poche parole servono per questo ristorante. Uno dei migliori ristoranti di Roma. Consiglio antipasto misto con tartare. I primi sono tutti molto buoni ed abbondanti. Carne.. poco da dire, raramente potreste trovare di meglio in giro. Del ristorante vi stupirà l’accoglienza oltre il cibo. Estremamente consigliato.

06/08/2025: I don't know what happened to this place, but our experience was truly terrible. The menu is nonexistent (you basically eat what they tell you to), waiters who mock customers, thinking they can't be seen or heard, ridiculous portions thrown onto the plate. Leaving aside the handwritten receipt, the prices are excessive for the miseries they brought us. Never again!

16/07/2025: Probabilmente la peggiore amatriciana che ho mai mangiato in vita mia. La posizione è ottima e il servizio (sia pure lento) è buono, ma la qualità del cibo e il prezzo sono terribili. Mi chiedo come sia possibile scrivere recensioni positive per questo ristorante, neppure sforzandomi riuscirei a cucinare una pasta talmente oscena, e sia ben chiaro di lavoro non faccio il cuoco. La amatriciana in pratica consiste in mezze maniche scotte che galleggiano su una brodaglia di pomodoro crudo ed acido, all'interno del miscuglio si scorgono rarissimi (fortunatamente) pezzettini di carne: si intuisce che dovrebbe essere pancetta, ma assomiglia più a plastica bruciata. E' evidente che sia un ristorante acchiappaturisti e in parte ciò è anche giustificato dalla posizione, ma qua si è al limite della diffamazione per la cucina italiana in generale e romana nello specifico. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo vi rendo edotti che un litro di acqua costa 5 euro... il resto è in linea con l'acqua, ma almeno i prezzi sono evidenti con il menù, il cattivo cibo invece lo scoprite solo quando ve lo portano.

22/08/2025: After a long time, I returned to Delfino, a historic restaurant in the city center, driven, above all, by memories of my mother. At 12:00 on Saturday, August 16th (the ZTL is not in effect, but you can enter on Saturdays!), I managed to quickly park nearby, ordered two calzones, one classic and one with tomato sauce, three supplì, and a slice of pizza with mortadella, for lunch for three, recalling unforgettable flavors. The location is very touristy because it's on the crossroads between Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Largo Argentina. I was delighted to say goodbye to the owner, a stalwart of traditional management. I was pleasantly surprised to still find some of the old products despite the passage of time and the usual work for tourists. A pleasant goodbye and best of luck for the future. See you soon!

10/07/2025: Storica trattoria romanesca in zona Certosa, informale e simpatico. Brace a vista con notevole utilizza di carne equina. Sfilacci di cavallo e nervetti conditi di ottimo livello. Lievemente asciutta la pasta carciofi ed animelle, ottima la coda. Brace sublime tra pannicolo, salsicce ed altro. beverino il bianco sfuso. Personale simpatico.

26/06/2025: Tutto ottimo ma con il caldo non ci si può andare... Il giardino è troppo riparato non si respira... Dovrebbero apparecchiare nella sala con aria condizionata
