Overall as an American coming here for the first time, the food was amazing. I had the lasagna and my wife had the pasta. I would have given higher score except there was 2 old geezers who made the experience unpleasant (speaking in Italian thinking we don’t understand) by making fun of us in their language along with every other person that walked by (don’t know if the waiter felt the same way but I think he went along with the joke for them to not make too much of a scene). I ignored them as it didn’t bother me at all but it did bother my wife. It won’t stop me from coming here again but just wasn’t the absolute best experience.

I was truly impressed by this restaurant! The food is simply delicious, with attention to detail and authentic flavors that make you want to return immediately. But what makes the experience even more special is the view: dining with a view of the Colosseum is something unique and unforgettable.
A great plus is also the staff, always kind and helpful. Special thanks to Domenico, whose friendliness and fun manner made the day even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good food, a magical atmosphere, and impeccable service!
P.S. Even if the food hadn't been great, Domenico's company and friendliness would have made everything worthwhile! 😀❤️

The beating heart of gay life in Rome. Perfect for an after-work drink. They serve excellent wine and the atmosphere is incredibly friendly, making it easy to meet people. Special mention goes to the terrace with its direct view of the Colosseum. An iconic spot where you immediately feel welcome!

Beautiful place very close to the Colosseum. The carbonara is 10 euros, and the vegan tagliata is also excellent. Domenico is also very nice; I told him I'd be back the following Friday, and so I did, he was incredulous 🤣

If you are vegan or if you are queer, and you come to visit the Colosseum, have a lovely burger or other dish here for your lunch. The waiters are super cool and sweet, there is a rainbow flag in the street. Also, the fries were the best fries I've had in my entire life!
