03/08/2025: Trattoria consiglia dalla receptionist dell’hotel, come una trattoria dove anche i romani vanno a mangiare. In effetti, nonostante la posizione in zona turistica, il locale era frequentato da clienti locali, questo è sintomo di tradizione romana rispettata, in effetti è così. Piatti molto abbondanti e saporiti. Unica nota stonata il vino rosso da frigorifero, il rosso si serve a temperatura corretta, volgarmente “a temperatura ambiente”.

20/07/2025: Io e mio marito siamo stati qui a cena…e per fortuna! Buono, buono, buono! Ottima la carbonara, servizio rapido e personale gentile. Super consigliato!

05/11/2025: Came here for dinner, I would recommend calling for reservation as the restaurant fills up quickly and I don't think we would have been seated without a res. Great place to watch soccer as they have a couple of large screens throughout the restaurant to watch. Ordered classic roman food including pastas, suppli, and artichokes - all delicious.

01/11/2025: The older gentleman serving us was not friendly, the staff is not welcoming, the food was not hot but lukewarm at best, small portions. If you come hopefully you have a better experience!

21/10/2025: Excellent selection of dishes, fast and attentive service, some details of the dishes could be improved, but overall it's a great place for lunch/dinner or pizza. Red Velvet is on par with the American version, the best I've had so far in Rome.

19/08/2025: The corner townhouse is very much like faulty towers the staff are very pleasant but its clear its not what it used to be. The restaurant area is closed so breakfast is served outside on the front terrace which is unclean and dusty. There is no sign for the hotel, the areas outside look tired and unkempt. The bar area is closed. It is a real shame as the staff were really pleasant but the hotel does not match up to the photos you see online. It is not a true reflection of the state of the property. We had breakfast once and didn't return, our 1st and only breakfast was on a bank holiday so the bakery were they usually source breakfast from was closed and the reception staff made up his own version with kids cereals, 5 pastries and milk and cereal served in a mixing bowl and dirty jug. This put us off for the rest of our stay. It's seems very odd way to do breakfast and was a real let down to the hotel. Id suggest not offering breakfast as its just not good service to expect guests to walk to a bakery to collect food and return to the hotel? If you are already booked, The location was very pleasant near to the collosseum and we had some meals in local restaurants at Baccio and Flavio al velavevodetto. There were two nice bars near by Mostros and Tram stop good for a spritz, plus the crafty beer place called So Good.

13/10/2025: Everything was absolutely fantastic, but I'm celiac and they didn't have gluten-free soy sauce. Sushi without soy sauce is like a bed without a pillow.

28/09/2025: We had a lovely evening at a very nice restaurant. The service was excellent. The place was clean and tidy. The food was good, highly recommended!

26/10/2025: Fantastic food. The pork shank with potatoes was phenomenal. The chef was very friendly and the service was excellent. We'll be back next year; it will become our go-to place.

19/10/2025: I was deeply disappointed with this place. From the moment I entered, the place was dirty and neglected, with visibly unclean utensils and—even worse—the presence of crickets and cockroaches inside. There was no paper or digital menu, and the dishes were offered verbally, without any indication of prices. This created a lot of confusion, especially when it came to the bill: the final price was decidedly high and it was unclear what we were actually paying. Furthermore, the bottle of water we were served was dirty, adding to the overall feeling of poor hygiene. The food was decent, but certainly not enough to make up for all the other serious shortcomings. Finally, the place doesn't have a POS terminal, so payment is cash only—a piece of information that would have been appropriate to communicate right away. In short, a very negative experience from every perspective. I do not recommend it.

29/10/2025: As a Chinese person, I have to say this restaurant was truly disappointing. The dishes didn't reflect the true flavor of Chinese cuisine, and the quality was quite low. Furthermore, the middle-aged waitress seemed cold and unwelcoming, which made the experience even less pleasant. It's a shame, I expected much more.

26/07/2025: 7pm booking at this recognised Stanley Tucci restaurant. First people there, very family, relaxed atmosphere. The mumma looked after us although her English wasn’t that good. Great carbonara pasta and cheapest white wine. It was an experience only but I won’t return. There are better restaurants near Trastevere.

20/07/2025: This was a highlight of our trip to Rome. A bit out of the way of tourist areas, but well worth the detour to San Lorenzo. The pasta carbonara did not disappoint. Artichoke was melt in your mouth good. Trio of cow tail, meatball, and tripe was excellent and beautifully presented. Service outstanding. Reasonable prices too.

09/09/2025: A historic beach on the Roman coast, always managed by a large family. All the amenities are there: umbrellas, sun loungers, deck chairs, showers, changing rooms, children's games, and courtesy and helpfulness—in short, everything you need for a day at the beach or a seasonal one just steps from home. Plus, a bar/restaurant, more basic than the classic Schiano restaurant, offering breakfast, aperitifs, and lunch with sandwiches or hot dishes, including fish, at a fair price. All this just 5 meters from the waves, under a wooden portico, always cooled by the sea breeze...in short, keep it up and improve where you can. See you in 2026!!!

07/09/2025: I was there yesterday, it was a fantastic day... The establishment is well organised, clean and welcoming and, to top it all, very courteous.

05/10/2025: The pasta was good. Nothing special. But the atmosphere was very strange. At one point, dozens of kids who looked underage started arriving and were being sold drinks at the door. Suddenly, the entire staff was more focused on selling alcohol to the kids than serving tables. On top of that, they spilled a glass of wine on me and didn't even offer me a drink as compensation. Forget the experience.

02/05/2025: Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Assunta subito per gentilezza e professionalità. La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. Non abbiamo fatto foto ...scoprirete voi le meraviglie del palato!

14/10/2025: Renovated restaurant in the historic center of town. Excellent service, friendly staff, and attentive to customer needs. Homemade, refined cuisine that's never predictable, using quality ingredients. The chef and her son are exceptional, always a testament to their quality. Excellent value. Reservations are recommended beforehand, as they're always busy.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to change my (fair) rating from last year. The last experience was terrible, due to: 1) an interminable wait (2 hours between the appetizers and the main courses) 2) rudeness and unpreparedness of the wait staff, resulting in hasty and unreliable responses when we begged for food or at least information on how long we'd have to wait 3) terrible indoor air quality due to soot filling the entire room due to the adjacent meat grill with an ineffective hood and the lack of other exhaust ventilation. NEVER AGAIN

15/10/2025: I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and a Margherita, both really delicious! They arrived hot and in perfect condition. The delivery service was prompt and very convenient. Recommended! 🍕
